I found this hotel in the list of top 10 dog friendly hotels and booked it. After a 10 h drive we arrived and heard they do not accept dogs. The receptionist pretended not to speak English - sent us away (he even did NO effort whatsoever to understand our solve the problem) and did not reimburse my prepaid room. It was a cold and unfriendly experience. Never again!

If you have any problems with the hotel, call the police directly and have them recorded. The staff is polite, but the management is not responsible for any problems that may occur at the hotel. There are other hotels in Linares that can provide better service.

Certainly the worst experience in years, if you have no other option it is preferable to fast. Unwelcoming room, poor service, terrible quality of food and exorbitant price. To this we must add that it took more than 2 hours to serve the food with times greater than 20 minutes between courses.

Very basic service. One person took care of everything. Room 301 smelled a lot of smoke and I asked for a change. The 308 smelled equally bad. The other couple also asked for change and the new one, the 310, also smelled a lot of tobacco. A lot of coincidence. In my opinion, it reflects poor cleanliness.
