"This hotel is located in a sort of industrial estate, about 1.5 km outside the center. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel with very regular departures to the center. However, the hotel disappoints. Very warm inside, without air conditioning or climate control. Desk staff not very helpful with upgrades and wrong explanations about public transport. It seems like they have no interest in their guests. No fridge in the room and 2 twin beds instead of queen size bed. Breakfast is fine, but dinner is not available on weekends. What a letdown and missed opportunity. Many surprised guests. No, this hotel is definitely not worth its 4 stars. 3 stars maximum but nothing more. Unfortunately, this hotel will not see this guest again."

"It's pretty good on the ground, but the outside of the hotel is a little old. There is no refrigerator in the room, you can't get down the floor when you print the lift card, you can only get down to the floor and 1.kat dinner section. Breakfast is enough and beautiful. The price is better than Copenhagen but Malmö is not a quiet city of Copenhagen. Although there is coffee and tea in the room, it is not watered, but is stayed for the place and breakfast as price and performance."

"This was an amazing hotel and the best part about it was all the free food! It’s on a quiet street but only minutes from the centre and Lilla Torg. Room was a decent size, modern and with a heated floor in the bathroom.
I stayed over the weekend so was able to have Fika (coffee and cakes) in the afternoon, followed by a buffet dinner at 6 pm. Quality was great. The breakfast, the next morning was brilliant with so many hot and cold options including a waffle maker. I didn’t need to eat until the evening after that.
Not sure if the quantity/variety of food is the same during the week when it’s quieter but it was so worth the room price and I would definitely stay again."
