We had a very enjoyable two nights here, our room was comfortable and quiet. The grounds are spacious and the whole establishment has a very relaxed air. There is ample parking. We had dinner one evening and it was very good. One very minor quibble, tea bags and coffee pods were very limited in the room. We would certainly stay here again.

Well placed for visiting the Châteaux, 10 minutes by car from Amboise and close to other tourist sites, good value for money, I recommend. Very comfortable 3* hotel: look of the rooms certainly a little dated, but it was spacious, very clean, well equipped (kitchen area with Nespresso machine - bring your capsules), very good recent bedding, with a small terrace/balcony in front of the room , all in a quiet countryside area, we slept very well. Indeed the railway line and the main road are not far away, but don't worry: the rooms are at the back of the building, you can't hear anything. We particularly appreciated the team/managers: a great welcome, a breakfast served with big smiles, we felt great! And in the middle of summer, the garden with its deck chairs and other cozy furniture has a very nice bucolic side, it really feels like a country inn where you want to stay for several days.

We were looking for accommodation where we would be well received and where we could sleep well. It was beyond our expectations. The bedding in room 42 is excellent, the shower large, the noise from the road little, if any, disturbing. The dinner, simple and sufficiently hearty, accompanied by a delicious Loire wine (Franck, the boss, not only gave us the address but graciously made us taste another vintage from the same winemaker) was invigorating. The breakfast was delicious and the human presence very warm. The garden is pleasant. We highly recommend.

Arrival in the courtyard leaves a mixed feeling about the quality of the place, on the edge of a busy road worries us a little but the reception does not open until 4:30 p.m. we leave for Amboise. On our return, we are welcomed in a friendly manner, we are offered a meal for €21 reserved for hotel guests only; phew! the rooms are at the back in an annex building. Room on the ground floor, a little dark but with complete equipment. while waiting for the meal, rest in the garden and new anxiety for the night the railway line passes 200 meters away so a "nice" noise which spoils this moment a little and perhaps the night? mini meal, a main course and a dessert: cockerel or salmon and choice between 5 desserts; Average quality of dishes. Night window closed and breakfast from 7:30 a.m. exceptionally..; thank you to the “hardworking” customers. nothing to complain about this breakfast except the "fresh" fruit salad which was not very fresh. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere but a hint of "professionalism" would be an added bonus.
