The hotel has a long history. Unlike other places in Europe, it does not look dated on the inside and the owners have taken time to keep it modernized. No AC, but didn't need it. Has a fine dining restaurant and bar. Free parking is a big plus, it fit a full size pickup. There is also a toy corner in the lobby for those with children. Although we hardly saw anybody under 60, the place is family friendly. Location is close to Weilburg and Wetzlar for day trips. Hotel and restaurant take credit cards (not just cash and the German debit EC). Hotel also has a spa and procedures, but we didn't use them. Breakfast is alright.

Super tolles Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Biergarten und Gaststätte top👍. Essen mega lecker😋. WLAN im Zimmer nicht so gut. Zimmer lag an der befahrenen Straße. Gegenüber die Bushaltestelle. Fenster öffnen über Nacht nicht möglich, da zu laut🥴. Das Minizimmer ist vollkommen ausreichend. Nur im Bad darf man nicht zu füllig sein🫣. Buffet toll und viel Auswahl. Frische Brötchen vom Bäcker 👍.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sauberen und gut ausgestatteten (Komfort-)Zimmern und tollem Restaurant mit vorzüglichem Essen und sehr netten aufmerksamen Servicekräften; hier wird jeder Wunsch, sowohl im Hotel allgemein als auch im Restaurant, erfüllt; das Personal ist extrem freundlich und die Inhaber kümmern sich persönlich um das Wohl der Gäste, indem sie sowohl beim sehr leckeren Frühstücksbuffet als auch beim Abendessen, das einen Stern verdient hätte, selbst anwesend sind und somit jederzeit für eine Frage zur Verfügung stehen. Der Preis für dieses Haus ist angemessen und man fühlt sich so wohl, dass man nicht mehr fort möchte.
