Lovely clean hotel easy to find good customer service near town just cross the road and you there comfortable beds quite hotel breakfast good selection hot and cold good choices suites all needs very helpful staff and pleasant would recommend

I made a last minute booking for this hotel on a drive through Germany. My room was perfect with separate shower room, sink in the room and toilet in another room. Air conditioned and very comfortable. Free parking and friendly staff. Very clean. The hotel is close to the centre of town, just a 10 minute walk and easy to find from the motorway. It was very quiet and I felt thoroughly refreshed the following morning. Excellent continental breakfast was included with my room.

Die zwei Nächte in diesem zentral am Rande der sehenswerten Limburger Altstadt gelegenen Hotel hinterließen bei uns einen zwiespältigen Eindruck. Wir hatten ein Panorama-Doppelzimmer sowie ein Standard-Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Doppelzimmer war brandneu, stilvoll-modern eingerichtet und bot wie versprochen einen tollen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt zum Dom. Edel wirkender Holzfußboden und hochwertige Möbelstücke vervollständigten den ausgezeichneten Gesamteindruck. Dieser setzte sich im in Granit-Optik gehaltenen Badezimmer mit großzügiger bodengleicher Duschkabine fort. Im krassen Gegensatz hierzu war das Einzelzimmer extrem abgewohnt und entsprach keineswegs mehr heutigen Standards. Der uralte Teppichboden wirkte unhygienisch, das Bad aus der Zeit gefallen. Ähnliche Kontraste beim Frühstück: Während der anscheinend erst kürzlich komplett neu gestaltete und geschmackvoll dekorierte Frühstücksraum ausgesprochen einladend wirkte, war das Speisenangebot eher durchschnittlich und ohne irgendwelche Highlights. Zudem waren die beiden jungen Männer am ersten Morgen mit der Pflege des Buffets ersichtlich überfordert, sodass ständig elementare Dinge fehlten und die Präsentation wenig attraktiv wirkte. Die bestellten Spiegeleier wurde erst nach Reklamation serviert. Vollends den Appetit verdarb uns dann, dass eine der ausliegenden eingeschweißten Vollkornbrotscheiben seit zwei Monaten abgelaufen war. So etwas darf wirklich nicht passieren. Die beiden Damen am Folgetag hatten das Buffet hingegen perfekt im Griff. Das Personal an der Rezeption verhielt sich korrekt, wirkte jedoch nicht sonderlich interessiert. Die versprochene E-Mail mit der Rechnung habe ich auch zwei Tage nach Abreise noch nicht erhalten.

Ich wollte eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbringen, weil es günstig an der ICE-Strecke auf meiner Reise lag. Ich hatte nicht wirklich Erwartungen an ein Hotel mitten im Industriegebeit und war wirklich angenehm überrascht: Die Lobby war gemütlich eingerichtet, man konnte Getränke kaufen, es gab draußen Sitzgelegenheiten, alles war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig und man ist sehr zuvorkommend auf meinen Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer eingegangen. Da bleibe ich gerne wieder mal.
