It was a great experience staying in the Mediterranean City of Dreams for 2 nights! The room is large and new, the bed is very comfortable, and the balcony view is unbeatable; The breakfast is very rich, the latte coffee is delicious, and the Chinese restaurant is particularly recommended. The barbecued pork and roast duck are very good, completely beyond expectations;

**The atmosphere is very rich. There is a card table as soon as you enter the door. It is the first time I have seen such a scene in ten thousand years. In general, it is friendly to people who like to gamble. If you travel with your family, the cost performance is not very high. The hotel swimming pool is well maintained!

Stayed for 10 nights in August as a family with 3 young children. The facilities at the hotel are fabulous. The pools are great for children & the adventure park is incredible with so many different things for children. Rooms are nice & modern & very clean. Now for the not so good…. Breakfast - far too busy & overcrowded, with people pushing & shoving to get their food. We also had to queue for a table on several occasions. Getting a high chair was often an issue, requested one to be told “we don’t have any available now” (not really practical to sit a 1 year on a normal chair for breakfast!). Had to chase for water & coffees most mornings. Food not great either, lots of choice but basic things like porridge were foul tasting. All in all I hated the whole breakfast experience every morning & was relieved to get out! Pools are great but be warned you aren’t allowed any inflatables which is a real shame for the children. We also had issues with our room not being serviced every day, or the mini bar being restocked or basic things like toilet roll & shower gel running out & not being replaced (not what you’d expect from a 5* hotel!). We complained & then had someone knocking on the door at 11pm requesting to restock the mini bar (not ideal with 3 young children asleep in bed!). Evening entertainment was pretty none existent, especially for children which was a real shame. Rude staff at the pool bar, refusing to serve us food saying food service had finished (despite them advertising it was still on at the time we visited). Also not letting us sit at tables that were clearly free, telling us they were reserved then seeing that no one actually turns up to them. Cleaners in the pool side toilets very rudely telling my 4 year old daughter off for wetting the floor she’d just mopped (it’s a pool side toilet what does she expect when you come straight from getting out the pool!). I could go on but I think I’ve made my point… It really is a great hotel from a facilities point of view, & has so much potential, it’s just badly let down by the service & general rudeness of staff (& some guests too).

First time writing a negative review as generally on all the holidays we've taken we have been very lucky. There is always something that is maybe not perfect but not enough to write a negative review. Upon arrival (around midnight) and despite the hotel being very busy (Friday night) there was no one to help us with our bags as we got out of the taxi. We then proceeded to check in which they seemed surprised we were checking in...they then asked if we needed help with our bags to the room, always as standard had help in a 5* hotel. 4 big bags and two tired kids so yes we did. The room wasn't made up correctly to allow for the children to sleep so thankfully the nice guy that helped with our bags arranged for housekeeping to come. I just felt with these few things this wasn't going to be great. Breakfast was chaotic, people didn't wait to be shown to a table, they just walked in and were very rude, the staff struggled and some had very minimal English. No one waited for things, the stress to try and get an omelette for example without being pushed in front of numerous times was crazy! I've never experienced anything like it. Also, asking for a coffee took 3 or 4 attempts every day, the staff who the majority were very nice needed more training, lots of confusion over tables and who had ordered what. I saw our drinks go to other tables for example and the people on those tables accepted then but didn't drink. You were also very tightly packed in, for the amount of the people staying there it needed to be a bigger area or the outside area made to accommodate people whilst still being kept cool. It was a very buzzy hotel, very loud music so very much a party feel which i don't mind but may not be for everyone, hard to have a restful time around the pool with the music blaring at the level it was. Saturday and Sunday they have the pool party for adults only so its even busier / louder as people can come for the day. There was a fight one day around that pool too. Lots of security / lifeguards. They are very strict, the whistle is constantly being blown but there are lots of guests that are very disrespectful so they are needed. Could have done with them a breakfast too haha! Lots of flies too, never seen so many which is a bit off putting. Room was very nice though and the bed / bedding was very comfortable. The kids club was amazing, the girls there were just so so lovely and my daughter loved going every day. She went multiple times during the day when wanted a break for the sun so it was perfect. They had so many activities daily. Big thank you to them all as they really were amazing. Also the adventure park was great especially if have older kids, again staff really lovely. The surf simulator was fab too although despite checking a few times whilst there, we were only able to get on it once as was always fully booked so that was a shame. Not all the waiting staff around the pool were that friendly, bit of an attitude and cam

A Disastrous Stay at City of Dreams City of Dreams is one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had at a supposedly five-star establishment. The stay was marred by unnecessary rules and regulations that made the visit extremely unpleasant. The lifeguards were more concerned with enforcing strict no-drinking and no-smoking policies around the pool, rather than ensuring the safety of the children. This misplaced vigilance created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The hotel lacked basic amenities, such as chips and snacks. We had to go all the way to the town to get snacks for the kids, only to be stopped rudely at the entrance. The staff treated us as if we were doing something wrong and even confiscated our bags of chips and chocolates. The service at the restaurant was equally appalling. The waiters repeatedly asked if we had paid our bill, making us feel like potential thieves rather than guests. This constant questioning was not only intrusive but also insulting. These are just a few examples of the many issues we encountered. In conclusion, I will never repeat this experience. The City of Dreams is far from the dream it promises to be.

The hotel is full of flies in the pool area in the rooms everywhere also the staff feels like they are following you in whatever you do in the kids pool they don’t allow anything they made my baby cry so I had to go out of the pool they making comment on anything even if it’s not necessary also in the dining room they are around you just like the flies you not Finnish with your plate and they are right there to take it from you also something I never accounted no water are free you have to Pay for water in a 5 statr hotel unbelievable and also very expensive hotel shame on you this unbearable in all the hotel I been water was complimentary sham I don’t feel welcome here and fell uncomfortable in this hotel your completely in there’ disposal if you don’t have a car you need to buy everything from the hotel and it’s very very expensive not recommended

Melina and Nasia are very polite and nice people that they take care the customers with smile and friendly(at reception and at the customer service/even of the Hotel-take me in adventure park). The only problem is the indoor swimming pools and the Housekeeping that they don’t have shampoo to take the bath in the dressing rooms and also they don’t care about customer and says other things!!! You take saouna and steamed bath and after don’t have shampoo to take a bath and you have to take again bath in your room!!!(check with other customer for used indoor dressings for saouna) Very badly to don’t have shampoo in the indoor bath!!!Is unbelievable for 5 star Hotel and also the Housekeeping say that not have shampoo for the customers(out of order)!!!!06/07/24-i make complain about this and also my girlfriend say to me that they don’t have shampoo in the lady dressed room and have only conditioner!!!
