Terrific hotel: Excellent location and value. Clean, spacious room. Service from employees was tops: helpful, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable. We liked all aspects of the service--desk staff, room attendants, security, chauffeurs/drivers, restaurant employees. This is a nice hotel in heart of Lima. The staff at reception and breakfast were very friendly. Check in and check out was easy. The rooms were quite large, clean and beds comfortable. I had a corner room so I had large windows from ceiling to the floor with great views of the city in two directions. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food items. They even made me a couple of eggs cooked the way I like them. I would re-book at this IHG hotel.

Staying on a business trip. The breakfast is very good, simple but not simple. There are boiled eggs. It is too unexpected. I like to live in a twin room, one bed to sleep and rest, and the other bed to put things. There is a parking lot. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the exhibition hall for 10 sols. There is no KFC nearby, which is a bit embarrassing. In addition, local restaurants in Lima are basically open at 11/12 noon, and breakfast can only be solved at the hotel early in the morning. Reminder: The traffic jam in Lima is very serious! ! ! If you go to the airport, please reserve at least 4-5 hours in advance to avoid missed flights👿

The price/performance ratio of the hotel is not bad, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, and there is no problem to eat for two days. The room size also matches the price. The hotel is in the embassy area, very quiet at night. If you want to eat Chinese food, you still have to take a taxi and go out to eat. Several Chinese food nearby are all improved versions.

Where do we start… 1. They didn’t even care to help us with our luggage nor open the door for the car. I had to find the cart for my luggage, load it and take it with me into the elevator. They never offered help. The guy at the door is a joke. 2. Bathroom in common are was dirty (floor M) 3. We got a stinky pillow (head sweat). The fabric was yelowish compared to the other white bedsheets. 4.They blocked my car in the parking lot, so beware if you are driving. 5. Breakfast was decent. Coffee machine broke. Drip coffee is cheap dirt water. 6. Good luck deciphering room service calls from your room. They provide a QR code to a website in there there is no link to room service(just show us the shortcuts on the phone!) 7. bathroom smell a little humid and at moments we felt a stench of sewage in the shower. This is a 5 stars hotel, all of the above are unacceptable circumstances. The positives 1. Nice pool but there is smell of stagnant water on the right side, close to the stairs. 2. Decent WiFi. 3. Great location. 4. They replied to my initial survey. Hoping they can correct all the observations above.

The services of the employees were excellent. The rooms were super clean. The Hotel is located in an exclusive place such as San Isidro. I was never afraid of security. Everything around the streets was calm. Breakfast is more than enough and healthy. I love fruit for breakfast. Whenever I go to Lima I will stay there. Around the hotel, there are excellent restaurants like Gaston and Astrid and Beaty Salons. Barbershop and many more. Or if you prefer to dine at the Hotel it is a good option too. Maria S. New York.

The best location for this hotel is the location, which is one of the safest areas in Peru, because it is the financial district, so most whites eat at nearby restaurants. Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.
