The hotel is right opposite the airport. Since I had to catch a flight the next day, I chose a hotel close to the airport! Eating and drinking is convenient, and the hotel environment is also very good! It’s just that it’s quite far from the city, and the traffic in Lima is quite congested!

I liked the attention of the receptionists since they gave me a lot of support to go to tourist places and ask me for a safe taxi all the time at a good price, I hope to return next year with my wife and be able to continue seeing that good attention

This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

We picked the hotel because it has triple rooms and it’s reviews. However it’s not the great hotel reviewed 2 and 3 years ago. The good points for the hotel are the employees especially Tanya. The hotel is very clean and the location is great. Breakfast is below par. Only one cup and one hand towel was provided to a room despite the fact that we were 5. The espresso machine did not have cup or capsules for use. No water bottle was provided. It feel management looked to cut cost were posible.

Very good very nice hotel, very clean and very good service. In the wealthy area, law and order is also very good. However, if there are Chinese customers, it is recommended to add one meter or one pasta to the breakfast. Always say a very high experience

Everything was very good, good service and attention, the room was very clean. The best thing was the breakfast, very very delicious. The only problem is that the room cards always go bad, I stayed for a week and almost every day I had to ask to change my card because it stopped working.

Excellent no-frills option in the heart of Miraflores, at walking distance to restaurants, bars, public transportation, excellent staff, spacious rooms, opted for breakfast, which doesn't have to be a buffet, but it does have a good-size breakfast box. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserService was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

GGuest UserI am currently staying at the hotel and it has been a great experience so far. I have a neck/back issue and as requested for differenr pillow, they promptly offered me so many options. Also, when I inquired about some techniaclities in the room, never did I get someone from maintenance so fast as I did here, someone immediately came to support me. Moreover, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is so friendly and the room is really modern and functional, nothing like depicted by previous reviews. As a Platinum IHG member I am used to having great experiences and they offered the same high level of service.

GGuest UserMy only complaint was that due to a transportation work stoppage we had to adjust our reservation. We were charged for our Monday return basically twice because we arrived early. The room was available and we were scheduled to stay that day. Staff could of been more flexible due to what was occurring. We stayed there for almost two weeks. This was our second trip to Ibis.

GGuest UserThis property was nice. It was very clean. It really only has the basics in the room. No fridge or microwave, 2 bath towels and a bath mat, minimal shampoo/soap. The breakfast was actually pretty good. However, there was no ”early bird” breakfast. Anything earlier than 6am was a box breakfast which was horrible. We experienced it twice. Fruit and a cheap ham and cheese sandwich on white bread. I think there was 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese. For a nice hotel, they could have done much better than that!!

GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

All my friends booked different hostels all over Miraflores but we've made this the meeting point, as it was walking distance to pretty much anything and everything. The vibes were awesome. The common areas were spacious and very clean. I did a walking tour to Barranco with one of their guides, I believe it was with Juan and that was very cool. The staff in the bar/breakfast area could be a little better. Service was very delayed and they naver had change when you wanted to tip them. I had the private room with a private bathroom and it was super clean and cozy! I was so happy it was on the 6th floor, gave me a little bit of privacy. Overall great experience and highly recommend Selina!
