Hotels Near Pablo Arguedas Park in Lima

There were many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby, and it was a good place to access the old town. All the staff were kind. The room was clean, especially the towels were fluffy. I wonder if there was a little more variety of breakfast.

The hotel were wonderful, very accommodating to my needs and Roberto was very attentive at reception. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a good size and close to nearby attractions. I would recommended to friends and family.

The hotel recommended by the customer has a good surrounding environment, there are many places to eat, including shopping malls and supermarkets, and the hygiene is very good. The breakfast is also good, there is hot water and milk, and you can send your luggage for free.

Stayed for Easter with my bf, loved everything about Lima and this hotel. Location was optimal with the cutest shops street on the back, food was also great with diet friendly options for breakfast. I found this hotel to be very fun as every corner of this place contains tons of design details, the room was very comfortable with an amazing mattress and a much appreciated steamer, really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and would love to come back here anytime!

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

The hotel itself is not 7 stars, but it is the people who work there who makes it such a nice place. Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come. This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

The room is very good, clean and comfortable. All facilities are complete. The service staff is very nice, they understand our requirements and try their best to solve them. The breakfast is also very good, hygienic, nutritious and delicious. The hotel is very close to the Plaza de Armas and can be walked from the pedestrian street, which will save time, effort and money when traveling. There is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping.

We arrived in Lima at 1:30 AM and needed to stay at a hotel near the airport as we were planning to fly to Cusco within 12 hours upon arrival. The hotel provided us a shuttle that picked us up from the airport to the hotel. Cost was only 30 soles (less than $10 USD). The room was spacious and had the essentials that we need in a hotel. I did wake up at 6 in the morning hearing a rooster. I'll be honest, the hotel is in Callao, which is not the nicest area of Lima. In the morning when we checked out, we wanted to uber to Plaza de Armas de Lima area. Our hotel front office ambassador was so kind - she waited outside the hotel with us to make sure we were protected and constantly checked my phone to ensure we were getting into the correct Uber. Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish but I understood her gestures when she was saying that my phone could be snatched. I wish I got her name. When we got back to the hotel to go to the airport, our hotel manager held our luggage in a locked room and yet again stayed with us outside for our uber to the airport. For an affordable hotel near the airport, Padama Hotel was definitely a great pick for us.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Lima Airport on three separate stays in August 2022. Each stay was just for one night. We booked with this hotel because it was close to the Lima airport and offered free shuttle service to and from the airport, 24 hours a day. We had absolutely no issues with our reservations nor the shuttle services for each of our stays. The staff at the hotel are very polite and hospitable. We dined in the restaurant on two separate occasions and the food was good and reasonable. They stowed luggage for us after our 2nd stay and we had no issues when we returned with our luggage. The rooms are very clean with plugs on both sides of the bed for electronics. There are black out curtains to help with sleep. The noise from outside of the hotel can be heard but honestly, it's a lot louder when you are outside. The city near the airport does not rest! I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Lima Airport if you need a place to stay near the airport.
