However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown.
If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience."

"The people at the hotel are super kind, and ready to help. The hotel is not near to the airport (if you are expecting to make a short trip) and the traffic in Lima is impossible. The hotel is ok for one night and the price, the sealing of the windows is not good and you will probably listen everything from outside.
The restaurant is ok and again the people is the best part of the hotel"

"I will stay here again. I did find that the front desk staff were not eager to accommodate or help. I will absolutely never go to breakfast again. Breakfast is absolutely horrible from slimy eggs to poor choices. The only good thing about the breakfast was the juice bar. Otherwise everything else was horrible. Do not pay for a room with breakfast included and certainly don’t pay the 50PEN that they charge for breakfast absolutely no value to it. Many places around there to get breakfast and there’s an Oxxo around the corner. Where you can find a yogurt and some sweet bread and you’ll be much happier.
Rooms are clean cleaning staff is very good. I will stay here again, but I will never eat there again. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson RED in Miraflores, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked into the vibrant, modern lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The design is sleek and stylish, with plenty of creative touches that make it stand out.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from the beautiful Miraflores parks and oceanfront, and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel’s restaurant and bar area had a lively atmosphere, with delicious food and drinks on offer.

The boss and his wife and all the staff were very warm and thoughtful, helping us to consult and plan the itinerary, thank you very much. The room is spacious and clean, the supplies are complete, and there is a large kettle (satisfying the Chinese habit of drinking hot water). Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, it is delicious, it is made now (because it is made now, there may be a wait when there are many people). You can store your luggage (2 US dollars/day/piece) to play around. We will come back to live. recommend.

The breakfast is the best among the dozen hotels I stayed in Peru. There are hot dishes, which are especially suitable for a Chinese stomach like me.
There is a heater in the room.

The hotel has a great ambiance with lots of art pieces throughout the gardens and the rooms. Very nice ocean views and lots of spaces to relax and hang out (weather permitting) throughout the property. Breakfast was good too! The setting and the service definitely had a ”home” vibe to it!

The breakfast amazing and the personnel was super kind and always ready to help and gave us a delicious welcome drink and a cake for my husband birthday. The area is accesible to all the nice neighbourhood of Miraflores. Arriving to the airport was a bit of a challenge, as the city is collapsed with traffic, leave with lots of hours in advance. Thanks for such a lovely stay in Lima!

GGuest UserThe triple room is much larger than the standard room. The sheets are a little stained, but I guess they can't be washed off. The facilities are relatively simple, no water, no shower gel, only soap. It seems like this in many hotels in South America. It's better to be in the city center than in the city. It's not too far from anywhere, but the main road at the door is full of traffic jams all day long.

MMiguelThis is a good place close to best of the city. However the room is poor due to not extractor fan in the bathroom. I did complaint on the mattress bed is moving side by side the first night. Clerk told me he would change it but never happened due to not more 1 bedroom. Not parking space if you drive or ride a motorcycle. It was a disaster and will never go back even It is the last place in Lima.

Shower was also quite good.
They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed.
But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals.
That was bad.
Breakfast was tasty.
