The hotel was a delightful surprise! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Our room was spotless, modern with all the facilities. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. One must stay here when you are in Lima.

An excellent hotel! This hotel was intended to only be an overnight stay but because my airline delayed our flight for no reason (at least given), I had to request an additional 9 hours to stay. The staff at this hotel didn’t hesitate to allow my family and I to stay longer nor did they balk but contacted us relentlessly via WhatsApp when we left something behind when traveling to the airport!
Both Ed and the woman who checked us in were exceptionally kind and coherent with us that I didn’t feel as if I would have received the same level of service if someplace else.
