What a great place! Good value for money, and super size. The pool was closed as it was off season but the upstairs area was still open. It was lovely to enjoy our lunch there. It is a nice stroll to Barranco and felt safe. Internet was good and staff lovely.

Excellent and helpful service - reception, taxi service organising, cleaning. Easy walk to central Barranco. Good value for money. Reasonably quiet to street noise. Only criticism was hot water system - had to choose between tepid and scalding.

We are 2 couples and booked an apartment which listed bedroom 1 double bed. Bedroom 2 twin beds. Well the twin beds were actually in the open plan living room and kitchen. Not what we wanted. It was dark and dingy and we failed to get any hot water from the shower. We arrived late at night so we had to stay. The woman on reception offered us a refund for the remainder of our stay which I accepted. We moved to Morada by Wynwood for the same price and had a fantastic apartment!

I had a very good stay in the Casa Fanning hotel! Actually I used this hotel as 'base camp' when travelling to different parts of Peru. So I was coming back there for 3 times. It's a nice place, very good situated at the beginning of Barranco. Most apartments have 2 rooms, living room includes a basic but functional kitchen. One of the most attractive features for me was that I could leave some of my things in the hotel for several days and for free! e.g. I left my surf board there when I went to mountain and then to jungle. The staff was friendly and helpful! They helped me several times to get a good and cheap taxi. I would definitely come back there! Very good cost-quality ratio!

Excelente que sea tipo apartamento pero en hotel con recepción. Todo muy limpio y apartamentos amplios. Me gustó la ubicación, cerca de una tienda y muy cerca de restaurantes y cafés. La atención del personal fue excelente, fueron muy amables y nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de la zona. El desayuno aunque se paga por aparte estaba muy completo y muy rico.

No suelo escribir reviews frecuentemente pero la experiencia que tuve en casa Fanning merecía hacerlo. Me gustó mucho la excelente ubicación , la decoración, la limpieza, la atención del personal, lo recomiendo muchísimo, porque realmente me sentí como en casa. Esta muy cerca a los principales sitios turísticos de Lima en Miraflores como restaurantes y centros comerciales, la verdad que quede fascinada, muy pocos hoteles ofrecen lo que Casa Fanning, volvería definitivamente y lo recomiendo ampliamente. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

La verdad que el mejor hotel en el que estuve en todo Peru. Excelente la ubicación, una zona muy segura y cerca de lugares turísticos, por lo que el transporte es barato desde allí. Muy limpio y todas las comodidades tiene. La atención y asesoramiento del personal muy bien.
