El hotel es lindo, al menos lo fue en su momento. Las instalaciones son antiguas, lo cual no es malo, pero no es lo que se muestra en las fotos, podrían remodelar un poco el mobiliario. El problema es que como es un hotel con muy pocos clientes, llegar de noche es como llegar a un hotel fantasma, que es lo que nos pasó. Llegue al rededor de las 8 pm, la puerta cerrada, nadie en el hall, tocamos la puerta, nada; llamamos al hotel, nada. Luego de aprox 10 minutos nos abre la puerta la persona encargada de la noche (una sola persona para todo el hotel), el cual fue sumamente amable, eso no se puede negar, nos hizo entrar, revisó su lista y oh sorpresa, no figurábamos en ella. Luego de que se comunicó con gerencia y tomara fotos de mi reserva pudimos hospedarnos, claro, perdimos mas de media hora en la cual no sabia si tendría habitación o no. La persona que me atendió por teléfono no fue tan atenta, pero aprox a las 9 pm pude tener una habitación. Pequeña, antigua, pero limpia y cómoda. Pensábamos que podríamos cenar en el hotel, engreírnos un poco, pero no, todo cerrado. El desayuno estuvo rico, pero básico, no es el buffet que parece por las fotos.

酒店大廳有微波爐可以熱食物，且提供熱水。雙床房房間比較小，落腳的地方都快沒了。位置絕佳，下了樓走一小段路就是超市和商場，屬於是downtown中的downtown了。

The hotel has a very central location, in five minutes you are at Plaza San Martin, in 10-15 minutes at Plaza de Armas. The staff is very friendly and speaks Spanish and English. The rooms are very basic, but they serve their purpose.

Atroce! L’hôtel est situé sur une grande artère et les fenêtres n’ont pas de double vitrage! Les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes !! Nous n’avons pas fermé l’œil de la nuit!! En plus, le petit déjeuner n’est plus servi après 8h15! Aucun service!! Hôtel à déconseiller vivement!!

Camas y almohadas muy comodas, secador en el baño, buena atencion, lugar no es como se ve en las fotos de la pagina, para k no se hagan grandes expectativas. Seria bueno actualizaran esa informacion.

Es un hotel con mucha historia en la ciudad de Lima-Perú. La atención es muy buena, ofrece servicio de desayuno (incluido) por mi viaje de negocios, estuve bastante tiempo hospedado en el mismo y pude constatar aspectos fundamentales, y en resumen lo puedo recomendar para quien desee un hotel en el centro de Lima, ya que a pocos pasos está en centro histórico o tomando un Uber se puede desplazar a otros distritos sin mayores dificultades. Eso si estar pendientes de la hora pico y el tráfico que es por toda la ciudad. ¡Agradecer por la hospitalidad durante más de dos meses, pude servirme los desayunos casi personalizados por la gente de cocina! El personal de recepción es Bilingüe y muy amable, necesite dejar mi equipaje y el hotel dispone de espacios seguros para ello. Un hotel verdaderamente de 3 estrellas, estoy seguro de que de continuar así podrán tener una 4 estrellas pronto. Pueden contar que a mi regreso utilizaré sus servicios. Por cierto el hotel dispone de flyers para ubicarse en el centro de la ciudad con información turística clara en inglés y español, a tres cuadras del hotel está la plaza San Martin donde se puede cambiar el dinero y también hay algunos bancos con cajeros Global Net (aceptan cualquier tarjeta) ojo tener en cuenta la tarifa que con cada uso de los cajeros es 10 USD… Precisamente por estar ubicado en el centro de Lima, uno debe tener los cuidados que como en cualquier otro sitio, (en dos meses que estuve ahí no paso nada) pero siempre escuchar por qué calles hay que ir y son turísticas con vigilancia permanente, etc. El hotel también dispone de servicio de taxis, transfer, eventos, etc. El servicio y atención es muy bueno, destacar que el agua fría y caliente con excelente presión, agradecer personalmente a: Liz, Paola, Judith, Jessica, Verónica, personal de limpieza, y todo el personal...etc. ¡Mi gratitud con mi casa en la hermana y linda ciudad de Lima, Perú!

La atención fue muy buena y en especial del personal. Buena limpieza y servicios, amabilidad e información cuando se les solicitaba. La ubicación permite moverse con rapidez hacia el centro Histórico a pie y con Miraflores directo en el bus 301 que para enfrente y al regreso te deja en la puerta dl Hotel - 15 minutos- o en taxi. Ambiente tranquillo en todo momento. Fuimos 4 personas de Uruguay de distintos lugares y todos quedamos muy conformes. Excelente vista de la ciudad hasta El Callao desde el piso 12. Muchas gracias .

Con mi amiga nos hospedamos en este Hotel, se encuentra en una zona Peligrosa, si se oscurece no puedes llegar caminando por que te pueden asaltar en las calles, ************ y personas ebrias cercas del hotel, el ingreso permanece cerrado con una tabla en la puerta para evitar el ingreso estas personas. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias, agua caliente, con el desayuno no tuvimos inconvenientes pero el Wifi es lento.
