Very good service, good location, rich breakfast, no disadvantages except that it is a little old

This stay I was assigned a newly renovated room which was very comfortable and spacious. Great value.

Gorgeous property with great staff who helped us with recommendations of things to see and everyone had a smile on their face, ready to help. The rooms are awesome and the rooftop is a great place to unwind.

Very nice hotel in the pretty San Isidro neighborhood of Lima. Close to a park with many old olive trees. Lots of restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly, accomodating staff. It has a nice park right across the way to go walking in. Nice quiet area but within walking distance of miraflores and the more active areas.

I stayed in Sonesta for a week and It was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and super professional. Always with a smile on their face. I would recommend Sonesta anytime.

The location was lovely. There is a beautiful park across the street and it was very safe and quiet. This is unusual in Lima and so we really enjoyed it. We felt very safe there. The room had a nice bathroom and the bed and sheets were lovely. Towels were very nice too. The furniture was a little beat up but nothing bad AT ALL. I just noticed it. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet and eggs to order. I would stay here again without question.

Quiet, clean, very helpful friendly staff, very good breakfast, pleasant restaurant, quiet sundeck with clean swimming pool. Not near tourist activity, but possible to get around in taxis, ordered by the staff. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, and quiet park in front of hotel, where it is possible to walk. It's sad that the park has been filled with private houses and roads, but it's still relatively quiet. It's the most elegant, tranquil place I could find in Lima. The suite with sauna and jacuzzi was very spacious and comfortable. The standard room that I stayed in for the last day smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite clear signs saying not to smoke in the rooms, but that is not the fault of the hotel staff. The staff at this hotel stood out as the most impressive feature. Everything else was good but the staff were the reason I enjoyed my stay.
