The location of the hotel is very good, next to the opera house and good service. The hotel is in the city center, about a three-minute walk to the subway station, restaurants, cafes and shopping malls are very close to the hotel, very convenient!

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

The parking lot is at the back door of the hotel. Other facilities are available. It is more convenient to enter and exit. The hotel with more than one hotel is really clean and tidy, and it is easier to find a hotel that is more satisfactory.

*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels! * Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels. *They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!

Convenient location. 200 meters from the train station. Shopping and dining from the city center are about 1Km range The hotel's Western-style breakfast is quite rich, with a variety of breads, vegetable salads, cheeses, meat, eggs, fresh fruits, freshly squeezed juices, etc. First choice for business trips! Hotel central , idéal pour visiter et à quelques stations de metro du stade Mauroy. La déco est vintage revisitée , très beaux lustres. La porte de la sdb de la 206 pose pb , il n' y a pas assez de place. Manque de propreté dans la sdb, pomme de douche. On trouve de la moquette au sol posée sur du parquet qui grince. Des distributeurs d'eau sont présents aux étages, l'hôtel est climatisé. Le personnel était accueillant. Petit dejeuner top, avec le fromage sablé. Le rooftop ouvre à 16h, les cocktails sont bons mais relativement élevés pour une ville de province 16-18, 7 le coca. Vue décevante.

This hotel is not too far from Lille Flanders. The staffs are friendly. It is located inside an old shopping mall. The receptionist is on the second floor. The room is a little hot even with the window open. Since it’s in a busy area of the town, it was quite noisy at night.

It was a very nice hotel and well located. Good points for the location which is super close to the train station and the city center ! Room is small but clean and comfortable. Only issues is that the walls are very thin so if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear everything going on on your floor. We didn't have the breakfast because it wasn't worth it according to the picture we were shown.

Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.
