Everything I needed and very clean Welcoming refreshments at the door Good WiFi And easy to get around Lille (walking) Plus conveniently located near Gare de Lille and Eurostar stations - both walkable Good communication with the team too

Has the potential to be a 4 star but 2 main disadvantages which caused us to have no or poor sleep which is the main thing you do in a hotel. We were across for the Rugby World Cup so we’re looking for some place to sleep fairly central. 1) the rooms are ridiculously hot as there is no A/C the lows whilst we stayed were 19 degrees at night and with the windows open the noise of the cars lorry’s ect on the main road will keep you awake. 2) The pillows are of a very poor quality. Very thin Now for the good bits. The rooms are exceptionally clean and you can see they take pride in that. Very modern and the QR codes work really well and a system id like to see else were. Windows when closed block all noise. The location is central and Ideal for public transport and easy walking distance with most ilmenites. If you go in the winter and take your own pillows this will be a cracking place to stay. But the no A/C is a huge issue for this hotel as it was sweltering all the time in the rooms. Would stay again when pillows are replaced and A/C installed.

The hotel is nice and liveable. Staff was very welcoming. Hotel included high tech and new experiences. Very lovely view from my room. Great location, being near to the train station and supermarket. Best two star hotel in that area, from experience of being to two others. Beautiful but small lobby area with complimentary lemon water and sweets.

Very clean room/ bedding. Great view onto main central streets below. However there was no one manning reception from 3pm till 8am and the signing in system was tricky, you had to use QR codes sent by email. The hotel is accessed by a single door to the main street ( easily missed) and also uses the QR code system. The lift to upper floors just didn’t look safe and with no staff on site incase of emergency we decided to take the stairs to our 5th floor room 😓

Locatie was perfect (vlak naast het station) , ontbijt was ook meer of voldoende. Enig nadeel was dat wij geen airco hadden op de kamer, wij verbleven op het 6e (bovenste) verdiep waar het dus tot s’nachts veel te warm was. Wij hadden dit gemeld, hebben dan te horen gekregen dat er in de kast een airco stond maar dat was dus niet het geval. Voor de rest zijn wij wel tevreden!

Hôtel bien situé à quelques pas de la gare de Lille Flandres. Pas loin du vieux Lille. Juste beaucoup de bruit avec des travaux pas loin tôt le matin. Le personnel est très acceuillant. Bonbons et petite bouteille d'eau à l'entrée. Pour le petit déjeuner, différentes couques, pain, fruits, yaourts, confiture, fromage en portion individuelle (Juste pas de charcuterie) mais c'était très bien comme cela. Chambre 301, petite mais propre, armoire, bureau, lampe de lecture au niveau du lit. Prise près du lit, lit confortable. Salle de bain avec douche, mais juste assez grande. Ouverture de la porte et de la chambre avec un code d'accès reçu avant l'arrivée. Un peu stressant au début mais quand on a trouvé le truc c'est vraiment facile. Rapport qualité prix, c'est vraiment parfait.

Très bien placé, au centre ville et devant la gare. Chambres propres et calmes, très bonne literie. Salle de bain minuscule comprenant sciroppo, lavabo et douche. Bon petit déjeuner à prix raisonnables. Personnel présent seulement en matinée et en soirée.

A proximité de la gare de Lille Flandres. Accueil inexistant, il faut un QR code pour accéder à l'hôtel. Le numéro de chambre vous est communiqué à 15h le jour de l'arrivée, il faut bien prévoir d'avoir un moyen de recevoir ses e-mails, sinon... je ne sais pas comment on fait ! Ascenseur historique modernisé et fonctionnel. Chambre confortable, propre. Des bruits sourds (de soufflerie?) m'ont un peu dérangé au début, mais on ne les entend que côté salle de bain. Literie excellente. Petit déjeuner parfait pour moi, il y a l'essentiel de ce dont j'ai besoin (café, viennoiseries). Excellente brioche au sucre (dont j'ai oublié le nom). Détail pas pratique dans la salle de bain : pour prendre du savon, il faut aller dans la douche. Et puis les grands gabarits seront gênés car la douche est petite (70 x 70 environ).
