Facilities: The decoration in the room is quite modern and the style is super warm, mainly in saturated colors. There is also a super large sofa bed in the room. I don’t know if it can accommodate multiple people.
Environmental health: very clean and spotless
Transportation: The hotel is located opposite the train station, about a 2-minute walk away. There are bars and other public places downstairs, which is very convenient. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to various attractions or shopping areas.
Service: The service is good. The hotel can basically do 100% self-service check-in. They will send an email with a QR code as the "key" to enter the hotel and the room, which will automatically take effect when the check-in time comes. Super convenient. Fortunately, early check-in was successful.

Room No. 36: All the staff were friendly. Day and night.
Perfect location (right in front of the train station and less than 10 minutes walk from the different squares and Euralille).
The room was sufficient for our stay in Lille. Super clean. Excellent bedding. Nickel heating. No view of the street (just an interior courtyard), which is perfect for a peaceful night's sleep except for a noise emanating from turbines or others (I don't know!) but that didn't bother me.
The bathroom in our room is not very large and is not suitable for tall or heavy people.
There was a little attention for our arrival (New Year), a kind word, good wishes and a small present. It was nice. Besides, I thank them again for this little attention because I did not know how to respond (no pen!) to the letter.
The breakfast is more than sufficient and is frankly very good.
The elevator is very narrow and small but sufficient.
Please note: carpet in the room and in the corridors. To check for those with allergies!!
In summary: 2-star hotel that deserves to be known.
Honestly a very good 2 star +++++.
