The staff were great and the hotel was good. The parking is in a secure underground location but access to it is very limited if like us, your vehicle has low ground clearance - I now need a new front lower valance. Also the little square outside seems to be frequented by local undesirables - we were greeted by them having a fight which included throwing bottles at each other as well as fists. Although not strictly the hotels fault or responsibility but cctv or other security measures may help.

The hotel was ok. small room with small shower. No soap in the shower. No kettle and tea provided.
The cleanliness was ok and staff at the counter was helpful.
Outside the hotel was very dirty and smelly.
Something the management should work on.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town
The room was basic but suited us well. The staff were friendly, with excellent English and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is right next to the Metro station, the only downside to this being you can hear the escalator constantly from the room above, though we did get used to it. The market is right on the doorstep on a Sunday (and I think a Thursday), so was lovely for a walk around. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre and less than 5 mins to lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Last minute booking. Lady at the desk was so helpful. I had a lovely meal. My room was great. The wet room was large and clean. Couldn't fault it. Thanks 👍

Hotel is okay, and entrance of metro is nearby.
Car can be parked in a underground parking place of the hotel.
Distance to the old centre of the city is not too big and also easy accessable by underground.

Tout c est bien passé a l'hôtel, c est calme et agréable. Le seul point faible et sa localisation.. mais il reste tout de meme proche du centre (environ 10min)
