酒店服務很好，一進門就是前台小姐姐親切的問候聲，辦理入住的時候把每個配套設施都給我詳細介紹了。熱情的端茶倒水，介紹當地的好吃的好玩的，看我拿的行李多又主動幫我把行李送上房間。酒店的設施還是很完善的，全屋智能，開窗簾、開電視空調衹要喊話，根本不需要你動手，適合懶人。洗澡水很大，熱水很快，房間配有洗髮水、護髮素、沐浴露，還有身體乳。房間面積大，衞生間和淋浴間是分開的，這點我個人很喜歡。床和枕頭睡覺很舒服，整體很温馨，辦公也方便，這個酒店我愛了。

位置不錯，附近超市和餐廳都有。房間很寬敞，找了好幾個酒店都沒看到兩張大床的，温德姆1.8和1.35的床非常適合帶孩子出行，廁所跟洗澡間還是分開。前台辦理入住的美女帥哥也很熱情，詳細告知各種注意事項，非常舒適的一次入住，下次來醴陵還會住這裏。

25年新開業，設施很新，智能聲控。家庭房面積較大，衞生間、洗浴乾濕分離，洗浴用品不錯，味道好聞。早餐品種豐富。服務人員熱情。高鐵站接送服務非常便利，特別表揚一下司機小文。醴陵是個很不錯的小城！

酒店衞生很乾凈，設計師非常大膽，全部都是黑色的，而且酒店還有接站服務，非常的貼心幫我們提行李，對寵物友好，前台的小姐姐很漂亮服務很熱情，給我們送了醴陵的杯子，還問我們需不需要送站，非常好客，醴陵的第一家温德姆酒店，非常舒服，非常棒

這個酒店服務很貼心，高鐵站接送我們一路上司機都在和我們聊醴陵的好吃的，好玩的，剛好去醴陵這天下大雨，很舒服，不怎麼熱，前台還有雨傘可以借，房間也給我們做了升級，很滿意的一次入住體驗！
