This hotel is not used to European visitors. The staff is very friendly, but that’s probably the only positive comment we can give. Almost everything is not working or very poor maintained. It is necessary to control and check over and over again, even on basic stuff like changing your towels. Do not expect the restaurant is capable in delivering the food presented on the menu and order well in advance to avoid waiting time that can go easily up to one hour. We would not recommend to stay here.

We had a wonderful week at Grand Luley. Very kind staff. Lovely people. Rooms need renovation but everything was working and it was clean. Nice walk to the jetty. Restaurant was really good but we had to wait before being served. Great balinese massage at spa. We had a very nice captain for boat trip to Bunaken or Siladen. Not from grand Luley. Much cheaper. Grand Luley is in a remote area but we had a wonderful week !

This hotel is located in a prime location in manado where you can easily find many restaurants and shopping centers. the room is not sound proof. I stayed in the upper floor but yet I still can hear traffic sound and music from the surrounding bars. Room is clean and the service is good. I’ve to mention they serve the same breakfast every day and it was so crowded during the eid holiday. One minus point for breakfast. Overall, a nice hotel in manado.

Packed for three meals, breakfast is rare but enough to eat, lunch and dinner are a set meal, not heavy every day, but really not good ... but does not affect my love for this hotel! Because the spa is cheap and comfortable! ! Snorkeling here is only $10! ! Unlike a boatman, this is a private small group of the hotel. Generally two or three people are absolutely relaxed! The location of snorkeling is different every day. The little black coach is very cute and also helps you take pictures. It’s a pity to miss 100 dollars. Unfortunately, it’s too short! Sitting in the travel agency charter flight, if you can fly for three more days, it will be perfect! Booking the hotel's pick-up and drop-off, the airport is a little far away from the hotel for about an hour and a fifteen-minute boat. There are more than a thousand RMB. Some are very expensive, others are great, the waiters are very warm and friendly, and the hotel is very few. The whole beach is yours! The sunset is also super beautiful, too love here~~~ I have to go again! ! !

The equipment is old but the room is big. Hygiene was not very satisfactory at the beginning, but it was dealt with quickly after the reaction. very satisfied. The breakfast is very rich and there is a music team playing, happy. The location is very convenient to go out and connect to the mall. It is the city center. The swimming pool in the hotel is also nice.
