Hotels near Qixing Street in Lijiang

Ibis is the best hotel during my Yunnan trip. I am impressed of the excellent service from their staff. Thank you so much to Ms Yang (小楊）as she really shown good service to each of customer even extend her service to monitor and arrange the washing n drying clothing. She really sincere to offer help for anything we asked. Really appreciate her help during my stay. Most of the staff are helpful too include 小和and one Chinese guy support night shift.. he helped me to register Ibis membership, however due to some technical issue unable to make it but he still offer good breakfast to us. Besides that the guy call 保安prepared the free cocktails to us, he is friendly and helpful. Excellent job done by the staff as we really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. I will definitely recommend to others if anyone would like to stay in Lijiang. Hotel provide breakfast, free washing/drying clothing and free cocktails from 8pm to 10pm. Very nice designed and good environment at lobby area. Clean room and comfortable bed. They also have robot to help to deliver drink direct to the room. Thanks again to the Ibis staff and keep up your good job ！You are the best team !

Easy to find as is the tallest building in the town. The hotel has two parts to it- the International main building and a smaller 'local' style Which is where is stayed. Really lovely setting Just wasn't too impressed by the room Which had obviously seen better days. Pool on roof with a great view was a nice touch and breakfast had me set off for my journey in a good mood. Would come again, Just Hope for a better room. PS: Collins at reception speaks English Really well and has been working at the hotel since it was built twenty years ago and is a great Welcome host

The hotel room is hygienic and clean, the layout is warm, there are quite a lot of breakfast dishes, there is also a battery car rental service, there is free tea at the front desk, and a convenient service box. The service is so thoughtful. There are bakeries, small supermarkets, pharmacies, and clothing stores at the entrance of the hotel. It's really not too convenient. When I checked out, the beauty at the front desk gave me a small gift ~ Yunnan Naxi dolls. Very happy stay

After careful selection online, I booked two twin rooms in Shanchi. It felt great to stay there for three days, with the warmth and fragrance of the B&B and the configuration of the hotel. A family of six flew to Lijiang on the 18th, and the boss thoughtfully arranged a commercial vehicle to pick them up at the airport, starting a pleasant trip to Lijiang. The hardware and equipment in his home are in good condition, and the proprietress is considerate and gives practical and practical suggestions without any commercial promotion. 1. Lijiang is still cold at night in winter. The room not only has an independent air conditioner with good heating effect, but also a heated bath heater in the bathroom. You don’t have to worry about catching cold when you take a bath or sleep. I was worried about bathing the children before, but I gave them to them every day after moving in. He washes. 2. The whole room is smartly decorated, Xiaoou butler, the toilet is smart, induction flushing, and the seat cushion is automatically heated and warm. Smart projector, smart curtains, voice control switch, my son and daughter shout happily every day, and there is a button to turn on the shower in the bathroom. 3. The service staff are very meticulous in their work. In addition to glasses, there are also disposable cups on the sink for optional use. It is really thoughtful and I like it. His house has 6 floors of guest rooms, and there is an elevator to go up and down. However, we have a lot of luggage, and the front desk enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. During the few days I stayed, I encountered cleaning staff pushing a cleaning cart every day, waiting to change the bedding and do hygiene. The room had been cleaned when I came back. However, during the few days I stayed there, I was asked to do cleaning only without changing the bedding, which was too troublesome. 4. The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient. You can go to Qixing Street right out of the hotel. After crossing Qixing Street, you can reach the ancient city waterwheel in a few minutes. It only takes two minutes to walk to the bus station. There are buses that go directly to Shuhe Ancient Town. I want to complain about Lijiang’s 103 tourist line. I haven’t waited for it from beginning to end. It’s like it doesn’t exist. 101 to Xueshan is very good, and there is also No. 5B to Shuhe. The hotel is conveniently located by bus or taxi. 5. There are two night markets nearby, especially the Qixing Street Night Market close to the hotel. The flowers in it are delicious and the taste is very pure. I ate two portions in one go. 6. There is a public squat toilet on the seventh floor. Those who are not used to toilets can go to the seventh floor. I get up at night to go to the bathroom. In order not to affect my family’s rest, I go to the public squat toilet on the seventh floor. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the roof, and you can also dry your clothes. 7. The warm tips from the landlady are accurate and practical. I originally planned to rent a car to go to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, but the landlady told me that I don’t need to take the 101 line to Zhongyi Market. It costs 15 yuan per person. The bus leaves in 5-10 minutes and goes to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. On the way, various self-driving cars and chartered cars were stuck in a long queue, and then the bus 101 rushed all the way through the dedicated bus channel. It was simply not very satisfying. When we came back from the snow mountain, we were thoughtfully reminded that we should not take a shower or wash our hair if we have a little bit of fever, otherwise it will make us more uncomfortable. I have never seen this in any guide. I have written so much without knowing it. I just blame her family for having too many benefits. I won’t go into details. I don’t need to be selective when I go to Lijiang. Just choose her family.

Family rooms are available and separated. The room is newly renovated, clean and tidy, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is a smart toilet. The service attitude is good. The location is about ten minutes' walk from the ancient city's water wheel. There are many restaurants nearby. It's quiet at night and parking is free. Great value for money. The only thing is that the lights in the two areas cannot be controlled separately, and they can all be turned off once.

Let’s talk about the advantages first: it’s easy to find food around the location. The scones next to the entrance of Jia Market for breakfast are delicious. The landlady is very nice and talkative. There's nothing wrong with the room. It's quite quiet when the windows are closed. Remember to ask for a room above the third floor. Very close to the ancient city, the price is affordable, everything is good, you can get mineral water for free Disadvantages: The hot water needs to be turned on in advance, it takes two or three minutes to get hot water, and the Wi-Fi speed is slower. Parking is free once a day, but parking in a smaller location requires skills. I looked at the weather forecast and thought it would be very cold at night in Lijiang at 6 degrees Celsius. I turned on the electric blanket and was woken up by the heat... Seriously comment, I hope it can help someone who is destined to do so.

Hotel service: The B&B is located halfway up the hillside of the ancient city. The B&B proactively arranged tricycle drivers to help carry the suitcases from the entrance of the ancient city to the second floor of the B&B. I didn’t have to work hard to get there and back, so considerate! There is also a flower cake reception, which is delicious! Facilities: Everything you need: air conditioning, projection, bath, shower, ambient lighting, hot water bottle, hair dryer, etc. The bed in the room is clean and hygienic. Environment: Located in the middle of the ancient city, it is prosperous but quiet at night. It only takes two or three minutes to walk to the center of the ancient city. There is a bonfire party in the evening, and there is everything to eat, drink, play and buy.

One of my favourite Intercon accommodation! The location is very ideal, the compound is beautiful with nice landscaping. You could relax just walking around the hotel compound. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, toiletries could be more wide ranging. I didn’t try the food as breakfast wasn’t included in the price but there are many good options outside of the hotel. Most importantly, the service of the staff here is amazing! I want to thank this lady (I didn’t get her name) at the reception who referred me to the concierge for the booking of the tickets to the YuLong Snow mountain. The concierge, Nicholas Bun was really helpful with the booking of tickets, which has to be purchased at 8pm sharp, first come first serve. I didn’t have right app to do it so he helped us totally with it and even provided me with oxygen tank. Their service extended to beyond just their responsibility, stay here, you will get all the help you need!

The location is good because it is in the city but also close to the old town. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. The problem was the coldness, everywhere in the hotel was cold during our stay in February. We had to have breakfast with our jackets on and next to the heater. The staff does not speak English but we were able to communicate with the translator and wechat. Overall it is a good hotel and good value for money.

Views were fantastic! There’s abit of a climb to the hotel. First timers should take a taxi to the hotel (landmark 万古楼） instead of didi as there’s a restricted area which didi drivers cannot access. Staff were really helpful to help mail us back an item which we left behind!
