Excellent place! We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Hotel Indigo during our holiday. Our rooms were tastefully designed with impecable landscaping within the compound. It's quiet within the hotel, and yet has the convenient access to plenty of food and shopping options a few steps away. Staff were most helpful. I would like to commend staff 王伟。Due to some mistake by booking agent, hotel had only one 2-bed rooms whilst we have confirmed booking for 2 such rooms. 王伟promptly upgraded us to a King bed suite with added bed. He also promptly helped us to book tickets to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ropewalk tickets, etc, communicating via WeChat. We definitely recommend this hotel.

During the stay, Yara came to ask about feelings and needs every day in order to improve our check-in experience in a timely manner so that guests will feel at home. I never thought that after checking out, I had completely forgotten that there was a piece of clothing left in the room, and then Yara contacted me to ask how to return it. In addition, the customer service of the restaurant is also heartwarming. On the day of check-out, we had to drive more than 6 hours to Shangri-La, so I wanted to buy some bread and bring some coffee on the road. After communicating with the restaurant customer service at dinner the day before, the waiter had already prepared it for us at breakfast on the day of check-out. It's a pity that I forgot the names of the two guys, and I am very grateful. In addition to hardware facilities, service is also one of the key elements of hotel experience. This time I was very lucky and we got both.
