The Inn (the Old Town of Lijiang Store) is located in the southwest of Dayan Ancient City, a famous historical and cultural city. It does not compete with Xuanshi for splendor. It is as quiet as a scholar's leisure guest, as beautiful as a lady from a family, and as elegant as a hermit in a busy downtown. In the courtyard of the inn, there are three small bridges with different styles spanning the water. Fish wander in the pond, and flowers bloom by the pond all year round, with green trees providing shade. Each room has a hand-painted mural by a painter, telling people about the beautiful legends and old stories of this land, whether it's the charm of Naxi, the ancient Lijiang, or the cultural Dongba. This is our second experience staying in the Old Story Inns (OSI). Our first at Dali and second here at Lijiang. The front line employees are very approachable and service oriented. The Owner/Boss has no airs and very down-to-earth. He and his employees made our very short stay at Lijiang very memorable. Apart from the unpredictable weather, our stay in the OSI at Lijiang is, in short, two thumbs up. Keep up the good work everyone from the OSI at Lijiang! 😁

Great hotel, but not a great location. There are countless hotels right in the heart of the Old City, so it’s a bit tough to recommend this one that’s quite a walk away. That said, it really is quite nice, so if you don’t mind a walk, it’s worth your consideration.

Thank you boss for upgrading the family twin room. The room layout is very "old story" and the children like it very much! The hotel is not big, but it is really a different world after entering. There are cats and dogs, and a fish pond. It is recommended to stay!

As the first stop in Lijiang, because I booked in a hurry, all the rooms during the Spring Festival are at premium prices. This hotel is still at normal prices. What is more surprising is that there is an electric blanket on the bed! I really cried to death. I thought I was going to spend the whole night shivering, but then the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He told me everything about what to eat and play around, and he also helped me take my luggage. Thank you! ! I will definitely come again next time I have a chance.
