The driveways between the upper and lower garages were bumpy. I drove the car to the parking space on the ground again. 2. At the hotel front desk, you need to carry your luggage to the so-called first floor. I have never seen such a hotel front desk. We have a lot of luggage and it is really inconvenient to carry it up. 3. After checking in, you have to carry your luggage up another half flight of stairs before you can press the elevator. I have never seen such a hotel design. It is so tiring. 4. The room 420 on the 4th floor that I just checked into had no air conditioning. Yes, you heard it right, this room actually had no air conditioning. I have lived in hotels for more than ten years, and this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel room without air conditioning. Later, when I wanted to call the waiter, I found that the phone in the room was broken again! It was totally unusable. I called the front desk with my cell phone and they agreed to change me to another room on the second floor. I was speechless as I had to carry so much luggage with my family to the second floor. 5. This hotel was converted from the previous Huazhu Hotel. I called the hotel to ask how far it was from Lijiang Ancient Town, and they said it was only 3-4 kilometers away, and a 10-minute taxi ride away. I drove myself from the north gate of Dali Ancient Town to the hotel, and it took a full half hour. I ordered a takeout, and it usually took at least 40 minutes, and most of the time it took 50 minutes to an hour. I ordered a Sichuan dish, and it took more than an hour to arrive! You said how remote it is. I ordered a takeout and had diarrhea after eating it. Of course, this has little to do with the hotel, but there was indeed not much to order. Especially when I got back to the hotel, it was already past ten o'clock in the evening, and there was even less to order. 6. Let me talk about the kettle. Was this kettle ordered on Pinduoduo? It won’t be more than 30 yuan, right? The lid fell off when I tried to pick it up. Later I found out that the lid can be taken off. The takeaway is far away and it arrived in an hour. My family was hungry, so I boiled a pot of water and wanted to make instant noodles. But when I poured the water into the noodles, it couldn't cover the noodles. You know how good this pot is, right? I had to boil another pot. You are a high-end brand, a three-star hotel, so don't embarrass yourself by using a kettle like this, right? All the hotels in Jinjiang Inn are better than yours, right? ! 7. Also, there is not even a chair in the room. Where can we eat? Can only eat in bed? After searching for a long time, I found a chair on the balcony and brought it over. As a hotel manager, don't you have to put the chairs back in the room? There are chairs in the previous room, but there are no chairs in this room. Of course, this is not a big deal, but after a series of problems, how do you feel? 8. Also, let me talk about the sink faucet in this room. When I turned it on, the handle fell off. There are pictures to prove it. I was completely speechless. 9. I won't talk about the flies in the room. There were always 4-5 of them flying around, making it impossible to sleep. I chased them away early in the morning. I won't emphasize this to avoid being accused of nitpicking. 10. In conclusion, the Licheng Hotel is a mid-to-high-end brand under Ctrip, but I didn't expect it to be so bad. The photos taken online were so good, but the actual experience in the room was very different from what I saw online. I drove from Shanghai to Yunnan and stayed in many hotels along the way. Even the economical Home Inn, Vienna, the mid-to-high-end Mehao, Wyndham, and the Mehao in Mangshi, Dehong Prefecture were about the same price as here, but the room decoration and design convenience, detail management level, and service attitude were several levels higher than the Licheng in Lijiang. I think Ctrip's service attitude is also very good. How can the hotel be managed like this? Is it really not good? The last thing I want to say is that I only slept for more than 3 hours tonight, woke up at around 4 o'clock, and couldn't fall asleep again. I kept having nightmares! Continuous nightmare! I said that the electric kettle must not exceed 30 yuan, but it’s only 27 yuan on Pinduoduo. As a high-end hotel, it’s a bit too much to be so perfunctory. .

The room was clean and hygienic, and there was a kitchen for cooking, but we didn't use it. There was a small balcony where you could enjoy the scenery, but the wind was a bit strong. The room was a bit crowded, and the bed was too small. You would fall down when you slept on the 1.2-meter bed.

My family, this hotel is decorated like that. Anyway, I was shocked when I saw the lobby. It felt like a four- or five-star hotel. The room was huge with a balcony. We had a barbecue at the balcony table and looked at the scenery outside. It was so cool. Then we went to Dali to play. The B&B we stayed in was really bad. There is no harm without comparison. It's a pity that I didn't take pictures. I'll show you the scenery of Lijiang. I especially recommend hiking in the Tiger Leaping Gorge in Shangri-La! ! Your legs will be sore from walking, but it's very happy! ! !

The room environment is very good, the facilities are complete, the service is also very good, the sister who cleans the room is also very friendly and kind, the room also has a small balcony, I like it very much. The transportation is convenient, just on the roadside, very convenient.
