老闆和老闆娘服務超好，不僅免費升級了房間還貼心的送了咖啡，入住後房間乾淨整潔，比較安靜，周圍停車也方便，推薦給友友門

馬桶上有蜘蛛，而且廁所的兩捲紙上面都有土，根本沒辦法用。房間很侷促，廁所空間甚至比房間都大…就還挺抽象的

客棧乾淨衞生，晚上非常安靜睡的很踏實，停車也很方便，工作人員服務熱情，房頂還能看到雪山，非常好，唯一不足的是衞生間洗臉盆下水管道有點堵，下水很慢，給4.5分吧。

非常好的酒店，地暖，霍尼韋爾的暖風，西門子的面板，特別好！頂樓能看到雪山！房東給我們免費升級了房型！感謝！住的特別舒服，離束河古鎮也很近！直走就能到。

我衹能説這是我在麗江住過最無語的酒店。首先説説服務態度……一走進大門，叫半天沒人，最後等了10分鐘，來人了，一副很不耐煩的表情，也不問我是幹嘛的，對着我直接説（拿身份證辦理入住）我難道沒住過酒店？我不知道要身份辦理入住？然後就是，我問她，房間很小嗎，她直接來一句，衹有這一間？？？服了，我是問你房間大小，直接給我説衹有這一間……****，然後我進了房間後，讓她上來開地暖，結果弄了半天，最後我問她，有一次性拖鞋嗎，她直接説沒有，我就納悶了，這麼大一個客棧，連拖鞋都沒有？然後我就打了她們平台的電話，問有一次性拖鞋沒，那個人又説有，説一會讓那個服務員幫我去拿，呵呵，可笑的事，拿了一晚上，到現在都沒拿上來！可能是被拖鞋壓着了！住這個地方真**無語，一雙拖鞋都捨不得？還有就是我今天下樓退房，沒進大廳，本來行李很重，那兩個服務員都不知道幫我一下，就在那看着，然後也不問我是不是退房，我把房卡放在前台就説退房，也不甩我！呵呵，破酒店，誰**愛來誰來！一副不得了的模樣！

如果説是為了離雪山近，開車30分鐘
但是隔音真的有點差，來了兩天，一直在裝修，根本不能休息，晚上8點以後才能安靜，而且隔壁如果説話，都能聽見
需要安靜環境的話，需要考慮一下
