PARALLOGE(Lijiang Ancient Town Dashuiche Store)

Amazing location — you can see the entire Lijiang Old Town from the room and even while having breakfast. The hotel has a beautiful, cozy design and a welcoming atmosphere. The manager was always present and helpful, which made us feel truly taken care of. Our room was well equipped, with a private terrace and jacuzzi. To my surprise, the shampoo and soap were from the Bulgari brand, which gave it a luxurious, spa-like feel. The included afternoon tea was a nice touch — tasty and well-prepared.

Really nice location, less than 5mins walk from where cars can access, the owner is very helpful and nice too, replies really quickly to any requests. Overall an extremely comfortable stay with amazing amenities

Owner was super friendly and helpful. Helped us with the luggage as well. When my wife sprain her leg. Owner help with getting medication for us. Overall had a great experience and enjoy ourself during our stay

Probably the best hotel we stayed at in over a month long trip across China. Amazing views over Lijiang, excellent breakfast & the special/unique water bottles were a lovely touch. Hotel owner was fabulously helpful with arranging top quality taxis at very reasonable prices for full day rentals to drive us around to Tiger leaping gorge, Shaxi & Bai Sha old towns etc. Full day rental prices compared with many other times in China we rented cars for the full day. Much appreciated with all the help, excellent service, amazing hotel. Really had a wonderful time here.

The hotel is like an oasis away from the maddening crowd. Once you step in, you are instantly transported into the tranquility of an enclave. Rooms are all thoughtfully designed with luxe amenities. We stayed in a few rooms during our stay, but nothing beat the loft room (“leaning against the window” room). It was spectacular with breathtaking rooftop views and honestly one of the best loft rooms I’ve ever stayed in my travels around the world. A special mention must go to Zhang, the manager, who thoughtfully attended to all our needs (including arranging for our transport, booking drivers and even bringing us personally to buy tea. Zhang if you see this - thank you for your wonderful hospitality!) Definitely recommend this hotel - but do know that the hotel is at the top of the hill, which does involve climbing stairs up the hill from the old town below (but thankfully there is access to a road at the top near the hotel for easy car transport). The happy trade-off is the spectacular views of the old town from the hotel itself!

Nice hotel with very nice views. It’s inside of the ancient city. The inn keeper is very helpful at all times of the day. A great stay overall!
