房間非常新，乾淨整潔。攜程在我預訂的酒店售完後，免費幫忙換到金島大酒店，從原來230一個標間換成558一個標間。酒店因為其他原因，又把558的豪華標準間升級成638元的智能標準間。因訂了兩晚，一晚兩間，攜程替我們付了1600元房價差，金島酒店每間每天升級費用100，共免去了400元。公共洗衣機洗的衣服幫我洗乾涼幹送至房間。在這次麗江房價暴漲，房源異常緊張時，還貼錢幫忙安排好酒店，這服務精神，真有點無以回報，衹有以後多向朋友介紹和宣傳。攜程旅行沒有衹顧利益，忘記服務的，而是專心服務的精神值得表揚。

體驗感一般！房間像迷宮。有好幾種類型。説新裝修的，但感覺還是很老舊。前台服務員的態度真心一般，處理事情半天也處理不了。無語

非常滿意，服務員非常熱情，還給我們送來水果，房型也升級了，帶景觀的房型，設施也非常好，離古城衹有三公里，非常方便，早餐也非常豐畗，給我和家人留下深刻印象。不足之處：停車不方便，地下停車場很狹小，沒有電梯上樓層，放東西不是很方便，但還能克服，是一次很不錯的體驗，謝謝酒店的服務！

設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務態度也特別好，休息的庭院也特別有意境，酒店位置便利，附近有便利店，離景區也不遠，房間視野寬闊，早班非常好吃，品種也有很多，房間還配備了新鮮的水果和牛奶，還有專門的停車場，給這一趟旅行添加了不少樂趣
