Very comfortable property that looks better than the pictures. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and towels were thick and fluffy. Unfortunately I couldn’t double lock the main door and one of the sinks were leaking, thankfully I was traveling alone and used only the other sink which was absolutely fine. Temperature and pressure of the water wasn’t easy to control and was inconsistent. Tried to draw a bath as it was really cold and after half an hour, not even a quarter of the tub was filled. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and prepared a bag of breakfast items in advance for me when he found out that I would be heading out to the mountains very early the next day. Location was super ideal to check out the beautiful old town. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Room is true to picture, with a cozy ambience and comfortable king size bed 😍 The butler, Tom is really friendly and helpful. He assisted to book the jade snow mountain tour package and the performance tickets despite the short notice. He's fluent in English too, so it's good for tourists who don't speak Mandarin.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious, allowing me to truly relax. The hotel itself is tastefully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional aesthetics, which added to the overall charm of being in such a historic location. Although you need to drag your luggage through the ancient city to reach the hotel, there are helpful staff available to assist, making the process much easier. Considering the quality of the hotel and the attentive service, it was definitely value for money. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-designed, and tech-friendly stay right in the heart of Lijiang Ancient City, I highly recommend this hotel!
