麗江天氣8度，很冷，房間也沒有空調，電熱毯也不熱，一家四口三個都凍感冒了。一共四樓，沒有電梯，沒有一次性拖鞋，熱水不熱，也沒法洗澡，沒有吹風機，洗不了頭，也沒有早餐。我們定的是400一晚，爸媽説跟80一晚的旅館沒有區別，不適合年輕人住。

空調用不了，沒有吹風機，半天放不出熱水，放半天温度就比冷水好一丟丟，設施完全都不維護，淋浴頭都要掉了，牀頭櫃一大堆按鈕都是假的，什麼用都沒有，就這都好意思掛五六百，各位長點心吧
