The hotel is in a good location. It is only a few steps away from the gate to the ancient city. The staff are very helpful and kind. They helped us plan our trip and made recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was nice and spacious and there is a beautiful garden on the roof.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location. The guy that manages the hotel is very nice and helpful. He helped us organize a trip to the snow mountain, brought us to all the nice food places, helped us order didi to the different locations. The room was really nice too, all the amenities were there, there is an old lady that cooks breakfast in the morning but it is Chinese breakfast so like rice soup, eggs, Chinese pastry, noodles.

環境優美，服務滿意，特別是過道就是古城，晚上很肅靜，我住了六天，吃飯要在古城裡吃，有很多好吃的，下次再來還會來這裏住的。

非常差 房間不乾淨 也不給打掃 説住三天以上有接送機 定了時間 到走了説不送 老闆各種推銷 比外面的都貴 説請我們喝酒（他自己還帶人過去一起喝） 付錢的時候跑了 結果掃碼660塊錢12瓶酒 一千多一瓶野格 各種坑人 訂雪山票去了説索道封了 其他項目把我們的票退了 讓我們別玩了回去吧 衹能退索道的120 一個人坐車1個半小時為了浪費380塊錢 真的體驗極差 強烈不推薦 全是坑 小心

就在麗江古城東南面的一條巷子裏，除了停車不太方便以外，其他的都非常的好，客棧一共有三層四樓頂上的大陽台，還有不少桌椅可以搞搞小規模的團建之類的，帶浴缸的房間挺大的，睡得也很舒服，帶了浴缸依舊保留有傳統的淋浴間馬桶和淋浴間是乾式分離的老闆和老闆娘都特別熱情，尤其是他們家狗狗小Q R起來，手感是真的好！

老闆是一個帥氣的東北小夥，人很好，還會和我們聊聊天，幫我們參詳旅遊點，人少的時候，甚至可以幫我們升級房間哈哈。我們一共訂了3晚，就送了一次接機服務，我們飛機提前到了，一下飛機就接到師傅電話，説在等我們，效率也是超快的哈哈！下次來了還訂這裏！
設施：水熱的很快，一點不耽誤時間
衞生：整體衞生都很乾凈，整潔，老闆還會送一次性的馬桶墊
環境：不管是進古城還是打車都很方便，門口也有便利店，要是去雪山可以直接在那邊買點裝備
服務：服務那不用説了，嘎嘎好！

房間很棒 睡覺安靜。停車方便，老闆可以幫忙挪車。客棧有兩衹可愛的狗狗，孩子很喜歡，老闆還帶她去買菜😄😄😄。離古城隔了一條路，出行方便。樓上還有花園，拍照nice，非常棒！

房間佈置的非常温馨，老闆人非常好、熱情，安排了接機，還給升級了房型。出行非常方便，出門就是古城。當時定房間的時候看了很多家，有很多説熱水不熱的情況，這邊的熱水完全沒問題。有個露天天台，佈置的很網紅，非常適合拍照！
