Room is big and clean. Room service through WeChat is prompt and extremely friendly.
What I am disappointed and unhappy about is the mis-information on the booking platform. I chose a more expensive room option that stated "mountain view" and paid more for this room. But there was absolutely no mountain view, only rooms of other blocks (pls refer to photos). Don't bother paying more money for "mountain view". It doesn't exist.
I stayed in block 72.
This hotel compound is very huge. Need to call for buggy to travel to breakfast.

Hotel was neat and rooms were spacious. Resort's property is big and requires electric car to transfer among different buildings. Staff is helpful despite having language issues. The staff named Sonny contacted me via wechat and helped a lot. Kudos to him 👍. Overall property is nice and recommend to stay

A great place to stay if you seek a comfortable hotel in pleasant quiet surroundings. The hotel offered us a free upgrade, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast available offers something for all tastes. If you are okay with getting a taxi into Lijiang, then don’t doubt this as a very safe option.

Environment: The park is full of greenery, the temperature is perfect, and the air is fresh!
Cleanliness: Very clean!
Service: When walking around the park, the housekeeping staff are always very friendly and will even ask if you need any help! Very heartwarming!
Amenities: The large bathtub is very comfortable! The balcony is spacious and very comfortable to sit on while enjoying the breeze!
