Highly Recommend Dublinn Guesthouse in Lijiang! The perfect experience of this trip is inseparable from the thoughtful care of Housekeeper Xiao Kong, a true gem during our journey. A week before departure, Xiao Kong took the initiative to communicate with us. Based on our needs for a "leisurely trip + scenic viewing", he recommended a room with a terrace and tailored a travel route to avoid crowds. He even clearly noted the best time to watch the Golden Sunlight on the Snow Mountains in the early morning. Upon check-in, we found the room indeed faced the distant mountains with an incredible view from the terrace—undoubtedly a thoughtful reservation by him that touched us deeply. After checking in, we were impressed by the meticulous details: the daily breakfast was rich and exquisite, with a perfect combination of rice noodles, whole grains, and fruits. Learning that we loved tea, Xiao Kong specially brought his treasured ancient tree tea from home. In the evening, he sat with us in the courtyard to make tea and chatted about Lijiang's customs, creating a very pleasant moment. When we encountered transportation issues at scenic spots, sending a message to Xiao Kong resulted in an immediate solution—he quickly contacted a reliable chartered car driver and communicated the price in advance to avoid being overcharged. Every night when we returned, he would take the initiative to ask about our trip experience and patiently adjust the suggestions for the next day, with extremely timely responses throughout.

This was the most comfortable stay of my LiJiang trip. The staff Qian Xi & reception were very warm, attentive, and made me feel at home. The location is convenient, and the environment at night is peaceful and quiet. What I loved most were the two adorable kitten Dudu & Tuanzi — spending the evening in the courtyard playing with them was truly healing. The afternoon tea was beautifully prepared, and the hotel also provides convenient pick-up and drop-off service. I’ll definitely come back here again the next time I visit Lijiang.

Although I read alot of good reviews of this hotel before I booked it, the services we received way exceeded our expectation. Xiao Deng was really fantastic. He really went all way out to ensure we had a good time. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is super convenient. We would return to this hotel if we do go back to Lijiang.

You'll have a butler assigned to you who will help with all your needs. Qianxi was extremely helpful, thoughtful and considerate. There is afternoon tea time and dinner relax time every day, where guests can enjoy on the first level, completely complimentary. Room is spacious, clean, with all your needed amenities provided. There is even a complimentary tour of the ancient city (located very near the hotel). Overall a very pleasant stay, and will definitely come back here if I am visiting Lijiang again.

Location was perfect and just 5-10min outside of the old town. Rooms were very spacious and with great amenities. Staff were helpful in providing travel advice and assisting with any other questions!
