Nice location and near to many place to find the food and old town. Difficult to find the place initially. However staff able to pickup me when i lost

I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service. We were impressed with the level of service, especially considering the slight language barrier. Although English was not the first language of the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or request, they were patient, friendly, and used translation tools to communicate clearly. They made us feel comfortable and valued, which is something we truly appreciate. The front desk staff even made extra effort to ensure we get the ticket to JDSM. The service was so attentive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. It's not always easy to navigate a language difference, but they turned it into a non-issue with their kindness and professionalism. Good Job.

The inn are so aesthetic! It keeps the old and unique style. The room are clean and all amenity are available. I booked 2 rooms for my family and all satisfied with our stayed 🫶🏻✨

Room was Very cold..Coldest room we stayed in 4 different hotels/ locations as Windows were Not Wind tight. We have to wear Jacket & Socks to sleep. 2 Guys staff at check-in reception kept smoking. It's so smoky & suffocating. Will Not recommend friends to stay here. 房间非常冷。我们在 4 个不同的酒店/地点住过最冷的房间，因为窗户不挡风。我们不得不穿着外套和袜子睡觉。 登记入住接待处的两名工作人员不停地抽烟。烟雾缭绕，令人窒息。 我不会推荐朋友住在这里。
