這家店服務挺不錯的，不過我們花這個錢要的不是服務，能住的乾淨一點，舒服一些，房間和小旅館差不多，和宣傳圖差的意思，而且如果你要收這個價格，建議把衞生間重新裝修一下吧，空調也響，挺不舒服的

客棧的老闆娘很親切，第一天剛到的時候老闆娘還送了我們1盒很好吃的鮮花餅！房間很舒服，床有暖氣，廁所也很乾凈，body shampoo和hair shampoo是直接給一大罐的不怕不夠用，房間每天都有打掃，毛巾也是每一天換的，洗澡水的熱水很足而且水流也很大，最重要的是晚上睡覺的時候不會被外面吵到，睡得很香，客棧裏的客人也都很有素質，門禁過了大家都儘量不會吵，老闆娘的服務比大城市的酒店還周到，拖老闆娘的福在麗江古城裡的4天都玩得很開心，謝謝老闆娘的招待，我們下次再來一定的話一定會回來住的 :D

超級差評！謹慎避坑避坑！！！！服務態度敗光了麗江古城的所有好感，讓人驚愕老闆做生意可以做成這樣，如此惡劣面目。因古城石頭路不適合推行李箱，每家酒店都會準備小推車在門口接送。入住當天經和老闆娘聯繫稱可以送推車出來，但是要客人自己推！！！態度冷漠！於是我們自行推行李到酒店。離店時，詢問可否提供手推車送出古城門口，老闆娘冷漠的稱“現在員工沒空推回來呀，你們自己解決吧，要不我給你們個電話可以提供小推車，費用30元要你們要自己付啊”説出此話簡直刷新三觀！😡😡😡😡）我們稱可以借用酒店小推車自行把行李推出去並親自送回來卻遭到拒絕！！！老闆娘仍然極力推薦其他收費的小推車，我們不同意後才勉強借用小推車讓我們自己推出去並還回來（還稱“可不要把車扔在外面就走”完全不尊重客人！！！等我們出去後，居然看到老闆的員工此時也一同出來接新來的客人，這樣就剛好用我們推出去的小推車去接新的客人行李，真是讓人錯愕！！！！所以就是衹能接客人，離店管你死活，完全變臉冷漠的態度。本來就剛好送出來我們就接新客人的事情，這個酒店沒有顧及客人一點，還要收費30元，真的很過分！！！！！麗江古城裡麪的其他酒店用小推車免費接送一直是慣例，很多酒店對於連續住兩三天的客人更會安排高鐵站接送！！一個小推車讓連住三晚花費接近2500元的客人感到心寒，請行李多的各位謹慎入住。離店時管你什麼客人，反正都是旅客，過客，無需回頭客，這樣做生意，真是無法長久！！！！入住體驗。毛巾很黑很黃，洗手間超級冰冷，洗澡很難受！！！！每天換洗的床品，浴巾扔在滿滿一院子，客人隨時都會踩在上面！！！！第一次給差評，真是突破了想象！！！！

1.位置在木府天雨流芳旁邊，隔壁是一條網紅打卡的小街。2.設施比較新，衞生條件還可以，衞生間的杯子建議需要再仔細刷一下，枕芯上有點沒洗掉的小污漬，在民宿裏還是算不錯。衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡潮氣稍微有點。3.環境挺好的，如果沒事的話可以坐院子裏安靜地待會喝點茶。4.老闆東北人，很熱情，可以提前在老闆這訂千古情的門票，比大眾點評優惠不少。老闆也可以提供接送機服務，不過跟網約車價格差不多。
