this place might look good on pics but its horrible in reality, I'm not comming back here
1. its super dirty, pillows and towels have weird smells (maybe its mold because we can see it clearly, i got itchy all over my body during my stays)
2. room cleaning service is not working i guessed
(felt like they never sweep the floor, there are dirts and hair everywhere, from 1st floor to top floor where they set up place to take pics)
3. friendly reception but they are not there always
(its not a big prob to me but its quite inconvenient when i need to ask for something)
4. not suitable for people with breathing conditions
(smoking, i dont have any problem but i still find it hard to breathe)
5. the washing area/service is not really organized
(very messy and if your clothes finish washing but u didnt get to hang them up, people will throw them to a corner then i got to do it again)

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. A pretty scenic short walk away from Lijiang Ancient Town. The exterior and gardens were very beautiful and well looked after. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Was able to send a message to him at any point where he would respond quickly. Recommend staying at this place, excellent value for money! Would stay again!

The hotel is very cute. It's on the outskirts of the ancient city, which is good if you're in the ancient city at all. It will be very difficult for you to carry your luggage in. Because the floor is rocky I can't push the cart. and some hotels are on the mountain I can't even do it. This hotel is like home, very friendly. The staff is very cute. Help carry the bags. Please help talk to the bus for us. They are friendly and feel comfortable. Just be careful about the key card. Because it seems like every room can be opened together. I ended up staying in 4 rooms, so let's try it out and find out :)
