Borrman Hotel (Lijiang Ancient City)

The overall style of the hotel is simple and comfortable, the room is of moderate size, the front desk is very welcoming, there is a food court downstairs, the geographical location is also very convenient, and it is easy to get a taxi. The room was clean and tidy. It's about a 10-minute walk from the ancient city and I'm very satisfied with it overall.

It's dirty everywhere, there are hairs on the sheets, the facilities are old, others can see you when you open the curtains, and you can see the mirror facing the bathroom from the bed. It's really not as good as some B&Bs

We passed by and stayed for one night, and it was a great value accommodation experience.

Very dissatisfied, it's in the same building as City Express Hotel, the rooms are exactly the same, but the price is about 100 yuan different. The front desk said there was a difference between the old and new ones, but I didn't feel it. There are very few parking spaces in the hotel, only a dozen or so in total. When I arrived in the afternoon, there were no spaces left. I looked at the parking lot and it seemed that all the cars were local. Finally, I parked the car in a shopping mall which was more than ten minutes' walk away. There are very few breakfast tables, with only about ten seats, and in the morning about a hundred people stand waiting for a seat. The experience is very bad. Finally, I have to criticize the front desk staff by name. They have a cold attitude, cold words, and are unable to solve any of the customers' problems.

You can take a taxi right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
