Nice place to stay.the view and environment of the hotel are very beautiful and clean .there‘s a nice rooftop cafe can see the view of lijiang .the staff is very helpful and give you some advice of your Lijiang trip.especially thanks Mr刘.He is very responsible and help us alot.

Great place, would highly recommend! The rooms are cute and comfy. The location is perfect, sits on the edge of ancient town so its easy to explore or grab a taxi elsewhere. The hotel also has a great coffee shop with picturesque views. The manager was extremely helpful with organizing our airport pickup, booking tours and walking us to fun night spots!

Before arriving I was contacted by the hotel to make pick up arrangements. I was picked up at the train station and was brought all the way to the hotel. Without driver I may have gotten lost. The hotel staff really helped me with every little thing I asked. They added my wechat and we were able to communicate that way. They also helped me book a tour around town and gave restaurant suggestions. The location is wonderful and I can just walk right into old town. The room is quiet large and the tub was great too.

Nice cozy place run by a group of young entrepreneurs. Rooms were basic but clean and tidy with in built bluetooth speakers. Gave good recommendations on food around the area. Went in an off-peak season so we managed to do everything we set out to. Would recommend!

Not recommended. Living here is a nigh**are!!! The two ladies were traveling and for safety reasons and did not want to argue with the store owner, they left the store early the next day. My review is only for the room type we stayed in. 1. The so-called lucky bag room has absolutely nothing to do with the designer B&B above. You can indeed see a beautiful B&B courtyard from the top coffee shop, but the lucky bag room is not that one, it is under the stairs, and the product is wrong. It is suspected of attracting traffic at a low price. We found this B&B based on Ctrip’s Samsung recommendation. 2. At first, the boss will take the initiative to add WeChat and send the location of the B&B. However, they didn't offer to help us with our luggage when we checked in. We were asked to pay for a tricycle. After repeated requests, someone came out to help us with our luggage. The ancient city is all paved with stone roads. Although the hotel is near the water wheel, the location is relatively easy to find. We left the next day and it was very difficult to drag it by ourselves. If our luggage is heavy, I really recommend that you stay outside the ancient city. 3. The check-in boss asked us to inspect the room first. We arrived late and had not eaten dinner until after 8 o'clock in the evening. We did not go to the bathroom to check it out. This was a major mistake. After checking in, the boss asked me to cancel the Ctrip order, saying that there was an internal price. Later, there was a handling fee for cancellation. Now that I think about it, it’s all a routine, and customers who cancel their orders have no place to give real feedback. Later, I looked through several negative reviews of this store, and I am afraid that this is a real experience. You can identify those obviously similar reviews on your own. 4. The hygienic situation is worrying, please look at the pictures for yourself. There was no door to the bathroom, and I later discovered that there was dirt on the gauze curtain when it was opened. There was only half a glass sliding door in the shower room. The shower water was very thin and fast. The water temperature was not hot. I barely took a shower and it was very cold. The facilities are old and there are spider webs on the lights.

The hotel is super nice, antique, the room is very clean and tidy, the room decoration is very new, the owner has several courtyards, the styles are different, but they are all very beautiful, you can walk around when you check in, there is an observation deck on the top floor, the environment is very beautiful, the owner is super nice, added WeChat, helped us carry the luggage, helped to arrange the airport pick-up driver, and helped to arrange the tour of Yulong Snow Mountain, there is no other additional fee, very nice!
