We are not very satisfied as we been arrange to stay in second floor without lifts and the hotel staff never to help us bring up our luggage to hotel. If your hotel don’t have lift , at least help us to bring up the luggage.

Room is big, spacious and clean. Staff are attentive. Location is great, near old town and near the mall (which has kfc and starbucks) too. Definitely will stay here again! Will recommend everyone too!

I really don't know how to describe the hygiene. We stayed for 3 nights. It felt like the bed sheets were not changed every day. The melon seed shells on the floor beside the bed were not cleaned from the day we checked in to the day we left. If we used the tea cups, they would not be cleaned the next day. They were just covered with lids and left in the same place. I don't understand.
The location is very good, at the entrance of Lijiang Ancient Town. The bed was very comfortable.

Very clean and quiet, with a separate yard for parking. It is very convenient to live here with a baby. The ancient city is just outside the door, and the commercial street is next to it, not close to the road. The girl at the front desk is very considerate, and she can extend the stay for two to three hours for free when bringing a baby.
