We really have a good time staying at Indigo Hotel. The location is excellent. It is in the Lijiang old town. Very easy to go anywhere and the room size is big and spacious and the design truly represent the culture of the city.
All the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Lydia. She is very helpful and help us to book tickets to Yulong mountain. We really recommend people to stay here if they visit Lijiang.

We had a lovely stay, location is perfect. Family with old and young, everyone had a great time during our 3 nights stay. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and very cozy. Great service, felt welcoming from day 1. Special mention and thank to Lydia wang, who assisted us on multiple occasions!

Excellent place! We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Hotel Indigo during our holiday. Our rooms were tastefully designed with impecable landscaping within the compound. It's quiet within the hotel, and yet has the convenient access to plenty of food and shopping options a few steps away.
Staff were most helpful. I would like to commend staff 王伟。Due to some mistake by booking agent, hotel had only one 2-bed rooms whilst we have confirmed booking for 2 such rooms. 王伟promptly upgraded us to a King bed suite with added bed. He also promptly helped us to book tickets to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ropewalk tickets, etc, communicating via WeChat.
We definitely recommend this hotel.

Indigo Lijiang Hotel is located just outside the ancient city, offering both convenience and safety for exploring the area. The rooms are impeccably clean and functional, and the gardens, with their meticulously groomed trees, shrubs, and flowers, are a testament to the housekeeping team and the gardeners’ dedication.
We were warmly welcomed by the friendly restaurant staff, notably Mike, whose constant smile, helpfulness, and politeness stood out.
Special thanks to Cindy, who truly enhanced our stay. She attended to us at check-in and she helped to arrange tickets to the snow mountain and assisted with restaurant reservations. We accidentally left something in our room, Cindy promptly informed us and arranged to send the item to our next hotel. We truly appreciate your kindness, sincerity and warmth, Cindy!
We also want to thank Morna who ensured a fast and smooth checkout.
Indigo is not just a lovely place to stay; the dedicated team makes it an exceptional experience. We would gladly return!

We stayed twice in Indigo Lijiang and both trips exceeded our expectations. Five star hotels in china typically have great hardware- great bed, spacious room, typical of design orientated Indigo brand. And as a bonus, our room actually have a view the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. But what set this Indigo apart is the people- the excellent service quality and the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Morna, Byron, Joey, Jason and especially the service manager Lydia and Carmen just went beyond their duty to make our stay comfortable. I already missed this 🏡 away from home..

Writing to thank the fabulous team in Hotel Indigo for taking such good care of us during our two day stay. Service attitude, service mentality, the delivery was all on point. Special thanks to Mr Wayne Wang for going to extra mile with service recovery when I was unable to secure a spa slot and had to forgo the session. He delivered fruits and gifts to my room and made sure I had a wonderful time at dinner. When I checked out the next day, the front desk from another shift was aware of what happened the previous night and took special care to check in with me and apologise. Also, intercontinental which was connected to the hotel had the best Chinese restaurant in Yunnan so far. 398Yuan for a 8 course and michelin star standard meal. We are very impressed. Will recommend others and also come back to stay again.
