酒店位於麗江西高速出口的的半山上，看不到雪山，但是早上日出很美麗，太陽伴着七彩祥雲慢慢從遠山露出頭來。
不過
設施：房間比較老舊，差不多快要到損壞的地步，房間電視遙控器沒有電池，噴頭一半不出水，燒水壺蓋子也壞了。沐浴露和香皂都過期了…
衞生：春節員工不夠，口罩三年也不容易，房間有灰塵蛛網也罷了，但是景觀房窗户玻璃也太臟了，影響視線的那種程度…讓人歎息。
環境：酒店環境不錯，早些年是用心打造過，但是疏於管理和維護，大多破敗。
服務：春節早餐很簡陋，八點半衹能提供一碗麪條或者米線，能理解…
温泉浴:前叫半生温泉，但是股東應該換了，現在叫神泉院，酒店門口掛着莫名其妙的"疑似"傳銷神醫各種宣傳。春節温泉大泡池沒有開，衹提供三個小泡池，早上過去一摸水，前一晚別人泡過的水已經涼透了，應該不是循環的天然温泉，住了幾天沒有嘗試…

温泉很贊哦。就是冬天室外温泉剛開始水有點涼，早一些放水或者選小點的池子啦。

酒店環境一般，主要温泉不行，放水半天，衹有熱水，設備也不齊全，帶了孩子，房間門口都沒有燈，晚上小孩出去容易跌倒。

此温泉酒店坐落在綠樹成蔭的村落內，前去的鄉路上沒有指路標牌，晚上在較為狹窄的鄉路上行使卻沒有路燈。到達後要提着行李登近40級石梯才能去到酒店前台。雖然老闆親自到石梯下接待幫提行李上去，雖然和老闆強調了我們膝蓋老年退行性病變的情況，未料還是派人幫我們提行李，把房間安排在還要爬二十幾級石梯的三樓。安排的温泉泡池又是要在樓梯石梯上上下下的地方。看見淡季的温泉酒店沒有幾個遊客入住，體貼酒店做早餐的難處就告訴老闆不用管我們早餐啦。老闆也沒有客氣，由我們早餐吃了泡麪後，自提行李一點點地挪下無數石梯，快出最後的四十級陡峭的石梯前遇見老闆和昨晚的工作人員，和他們道別時，也沒有客氣一下的送往。任我們兩個長者拖着沉重的行李去下陡峭的石梯。
意見一：對事前告知了腿疾的住客，有熱情的迎來，卻沒有送往，是這個酒店服務意識欠缺和對攜程評價系統沒有敬畏的體現。
意見二：入住時衞生間馬桶邊上還有上個住客濺上糞便沒有清理乾淨，本人燒了三壺開水才將其沖洗乾淨。唉！噁心壞了。
意見三：寒冷的山上居住，空調開到30°卻不制熱，
入住建議：此酒店適合腿腳利索的客人入住。見圖

因為家人想要安靜，放鬆。在網上盲選的一家民宿。院子很有味道樹木高大花草繁茂，去的時候院子裏有幾個很大的楸樹正值花期。美中不足的是客房裝修時間比較長，要是老闆從新裝修了做個野奢會有高攀不起的感覺

酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象。推薦去麗江度假的人長住。房間是中式風格，有一個非常大且很有詩意的院子，帶了條狗，狗子可以愉快地跑。師傅做的麪很好吃。最棒的還是温泉，走了一天路可以在裏面泡一下，很放鬆。一旁山上有一個寺院，可以上去祈福和散心，風景很不錯。推薦喜歡幽靜的人來。

這家酒店環境很差，設施老舊，衞生很一般，這就算了，服務還不好，打電話給前台我説找不到拖鞋，他説聲沒辦法，呵呵一聲就掛電話了，非常沒禮貌
