真的是一分也不想給，説的什麼五星級酒店，我看連一星也沒有，房間熱水都沒有，晚上打電話聯繫前台也沒有人，害得晚上洗了個冷水腳，第二天發燒感冒，前台也是態度很不好，第二天早上退房的時候前台也沒有人，再也不會來了

酒店房間環境硬件設施相當不錯，如果酒店集團來管理估計可以評四星以上了吧？庭院流水，錯落有致，可惜現在民宿管理，浪費了，衹能保證個房間乾淨整潔，院子都沒人打理，早餐更是糟糕，沒有幾樣蛋白質，連花生米都沒。後面臨街，偶有嘈雜，還好。

酒店環境不錯，花園酒店，小橋流水綠樹成蔭，安靜，感覺非常舒適！有免費停車場非常方便，走路兩分鐘到達束河古鎮大門口，非常方便快捷！早餐品種雖不多，但吃飽還是沒問題的！

酒店位於束河古鎮東南門處方便住酒店的客人出入古鎮。如果遊客居住在古鎮中間拖着拉桿箱進出在高低不平的石頭路面上十分不便。酒店衞生狀況不錯，設施一般沒有電梯要拖着行李箱上二樓。

這個酒店有很多缺點：
1. 前台態度非常冷漠，我定了大床房結果前台給我分了雙床房，前台不但沒有道歉還一臉不屑地説雙床房不是更好嗎？由於沒有電梯，我是先把40斤的行李搬上二樓，再從二樓搬下來，然後再搬上三樓。
2. 衞生間衞生很差，馬桶是黃的，浴缸也是黃黃的
3. 淋浴間沒有手持花灑，衹有頭頂固定花灑
4. 洗澡衹能在浴缸那邊洗，而且花灑出水很不穩定，一會冷一會熱
5. 入住第一天連一次性拖鞋都沒有，第二天也沒有補紙巾，垃圾也沒倒
6.電視機沒有聲音
7.沒有空調，8月的麗江剛睡下去還是有點熱的
8.房間煙味很重，即使我們一直開着窗散味，每次進房間的時候還是能聞到很重的煙味
9.裝修設施老舊
10. 房間開關的藍光晚上會一直亮着，不擋牢的話整個房間非常亮，嚴重影響睡眠
優點：價格不算貴，在古鎮外緣，拖行李不累，進古鎮方便，其它沒有了
