One of the most special hotels we’ve experienced in our China trip. 小邰 Xiao Tai was super helpful throughout our stay from arranging airport pick up to nearby activities like Naxi family visits, complimentary photoshoots, campfire experience and mountain sunrise trips. He even delivered the afternoon tea set to our room since we arrived late from the airport! We really enjoyed our stay because of him. The room is super clean and has floor heating if it gets cold. The staff provides water, snacks and pot noodles free of charge every day. Breakfast was lovely especially the noodles and chicken hot pot! You can also ask for medicines in case you experience high altitude sickness for free.

definitely 10 out of 10. thanks to our personal butler who gave us a free villa upgrade. The whole team provided superb services to us right from the moment we check in up to the point the villa's driver send us off to a near by town. Thanks to everyone especially our butler Mr Joe, you made our stay at the Villa a memorable one.

The hotel has a very mystical vibe to it, a perfect blend of historical town feels with modern luxury amenities. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, we are vegetarians and they went above and beyond to cater to our taste and made some really nice traditional dishes. Joe, the manager there was very very helpful, he picked us up, offered to drive us to nearby villages and even cooked fried rice for us to take to the snow mountain. Overall the property, view, staff everything was top notch. Highly recommend it!

Stunning entrance and friendly staffs! But there were areas of run down paints and decorations could be renovated more frequently.

The first stop when we arrived in Lijiang, this hotel really exceeded our expectations~ The housekeeper Xiaotai was very enthusiastic and attentive. He repeatedly confirmed the itinerary before we came. After we arrived, he saw that it was inconvenient for us to bring our children, so he upgraded us to a suite more suitable for bringing children for free~ It was really a five-star rating. We checked into the hotel just in time for afternoon tea. The refreshments were very exquisite. The first Yunnan rice noodles we ate directly raised our taste buds, so that we could no longer feel the authentic taste when we ate at the scenic spots in the following days~ At night, the hotel's chef was comparable to a five-star hotel, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. We stayed in the hotel for a day and went horseback riding and boating the next day~ This is the first time I have made a serious review, it is definitely worth going again

This is the hotel where my wife's romantic trip was filmed. Whether in terms of environment, service or food, it is very enjoyable and a complete five-star experience. The hotel helped us upgrade the room for free. The suite is so big that it looks like a palace. There are many film-making places in the hotel, surrounded by clouds and mist, like a fairyland. Our butler brother Xiao Tai Renshuai has a good personality and took very good care of us from check-in to check-out. When we were about to leave, the driver who picked us up couldn't find the way. He was off duty and still took the initiative to drive us to the village entrance where the driver could find it easily. We were so touched.

The hotel is very unique and well designed. It is located in a village at the foot of the snow-capped mountains and is very quiet. The hotel staff is very good and considerate. The hotel offers many services, such as afternoon tea, bonfire, hiking, dinner, etc. The facilities in the room are very good. My wife likes the cabin very much. The room also has floor heating. My wife said she would stay a few more days next time. 😁

Seasonal fresh fruits: 🈶 Naxi dance or bonfire roasted tea: very lively Villa chef dinner: delicious and full of meat! I also participated in the morning hike, which was a really good experience! Although the schedule was a bit tight, the housekeeper still gave various suggestions and tried to make us arrange the schedule more reasonably and have more fun. Tie-dye activities and bonfire parties are very friendly to children. It's a pity that we didn't have time to experience mushroom picking and Naxi home visits. Let's leave it for next time. The Yuhu Scenic Area next to it has a grassland and lake view with cows, sheep and horses when riding a horse. It's great for young children to take pictures, experience horse riding, and hug lambs. I still want to say that the housekeeper is really considerate. It can be said that he is meticulous. The next day when we went to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, because it was raining, the housekeeper thoughtfully cooked ginger tea in advance and sent it to the room. He also helped to reserve afternoon tea. As soon as we came down from the snow mountain and returned to the room, we could drink afternoon tea and ginger tea. It was very touching. It is a parent-child homestay worth visiting twice. Thumbs up.

It was a perfect trip with parents and children. Fortunately, I chose Yuhu Village Yulu Hotel at the foot of the snow-capped mountains. The experience was superb. The service of housekeeper Panpan was at home and considerate. There was no one better👍 Three meals a day, travel arrangements, and needs were solved in time after get off work. I was very touched. The hotel is high-end and atmospheric, and the environment deeply integrates the characteristics of the Naxi people. There are rich experience activities arranged. The children and the elderly are very happy and satisfied. The hotel food is also the most delicious food I have eaten in Yunnan. Except for the bad weather, I was healed a lot by the hotel service.
