Superb stay in this hotel at Lijiang. Blessed to have dedicated staff whom decorated my room for honeymoon. The place was clean, luxurious, good breakfast, spacious and everything more.
Thankful to the awesome staff and for the great hotel room! Made our trip uber memorable!

It was near a busy road so there was slow traffic before we reached the hotel. There are eateries and restaurants nearby and a bus stop 2 street away.
We are able to view Jade Dragon on clear days even on 3rd floor. The room was a spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Basic amenities are provided in the room. What i like best is the laundry room free for use, especially helpful when we stayed for many days.
It has a good spread of breakfast with good mix of local delicacies and western food.

This hotel for sure is recommended ftor any one visiting Lijiang. There is nothing to complain about this hotel. Everything is perfect. I will come again and stay in this hotel

What a pleasant stay, breathtaking scenery and spectacular food options!
The hotel is not that close to the airport, however it does make for a quieter stay. It’s located close to most attractions and restaurants which is a major plus. The staff are definitely welcoming and the hotel for sure foreign friendly. This was my 3rd time staying in this chain and I have to say everything was in place.
The carpets, bedding, linens and couches were clean. I was surprised by how spacious our room was for the price I paid. The food was delicious for sure and as usual you had plenty to choose from.
If I was to nitpick, maybe the cutlery and milk could more often be topped up, and the shower door was leaking slightly but this is just me being a ‘Karen’.

What stands out the most is the great service provided by the staffs at Hampton. Ms Kelly was extremely helpful in finding suitable rooms for our family. Ms Linda went above and beyond call of duty in further arranging the best rooms for us as our children have sensitive nose and allergies. Ms Linda makes an exemplary representative of Hampton as she shows a high level of care, patience, and hospitality.
Having a safe deposit would make it much more convenient for hotel guests. For guests who are sensitive to noise, rooms that are away from the carport would be recommended. Further, we had issue with the wifi connectivity. Sometimes, it got cut off.
Breakfast buffet has a good selection of Chinese dishes. The restaurant manager is very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a good value hotel and rooms are spacious and modern looking. I would recommend Hamption for families and business travellers.
