Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lijiang

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hotel’s outstanding service standards. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Special thanks to Lucass at the front desk, who was always warm and attentive, and to our personal butlers, Zola and James, whose thoughtful support and attention to detail made a world of difference. What truly set this experience apart were the many personal touches that made our stay unforgettable. We were given a daily programme schedule, and when they heard that I injured myself, they provided me with medicated spray. On my birthday, the team also specially arranged a cake for me — such a kind and memorable gesture. Complimentary transport to and from the visitors centre made our excursions seamless and stress-free. One of the standout moments was during breakfast, when we mentioned in passing that we really liked the lychees. To our delight, the chef personally packed some for us to take away — a simple yet incredibly thoughtful act that reflects the heart of the hospitality here. If you’re looking for a place where genuine care and thoughtful service are part of the everyday experience, this hotel is a perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already dreaming of our next visit.

The hotel has best location, the view of snow mountain is stunning! Staff are friendly and helpful, Kai who brought us to the forest and Emily who served us in the restaurant and other staff members who I couldn’t name, they provided fantastic service. Will come back again, thanks!

The resort is awesome, and the services are top-notch. Their customer representative, Carina, responded quickly to any requests through WeChat. Would suggest all foreigners to download WeChat if you are thinking to visit China. The hotel is located near the snowy mountain, with an altitude of about 3100m. My parents suffered from high-altitude sickness on the first night, but luckily, the hotel provided medical oxygen equipment, which helped them feel better. Would definitely revisit the resort!

We had an excellent stay at Jinmao Pureal Mountain Lijiang, with no complaints about the staff, food, or rooms. This 5-star hotel truly delivers 5-star service. The sunrise view from our room was breathtaking, adding a magical start to each day. Even when we requested buggy services to transport us between the main lobby and our block, the wait time was minimal, ensuring convenience throughout our stay. The high tea and breakfast provided were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. As we stayed during Christmas, we were delighted to receive complimentary ham to accompany our dinner, which added a festive touch to our experience.

It is very nice view in the room to see the snow mountains, no need to wake up early and queue for the view. The hotel also provide many local activities to explore the culture, had a lot of fun!
