Lijianggucheng·Shan Shui Aisi Huayuan Hotel

I can't explain how much the guy at the reception helped us like for booking jade dragon show, bus information for tiger leaping gorge and many other things. Hotel is right in old town with various food places around. This hotel also has very famous hot pot restaurant which was always busy. It is around less than 10 minutes walk to come outside old town to catch taxi to various places. There are many shops around for convenience. It was a very good choice. We loved staying here. And yeah the most famous lijiang old street with water canal is right behind this hotel for amazing photo opportunities.

I booked this hotel for my trip to Lijiang with my friends. The hotel location is inside Lijiang Gucheng (old town) but near the entrance which makes it easy for customers to navigate. The receptionist and other workers are very welcoming, polite and warm to us. We stayed for 3 nights, the cleanliness of the room is tip top and our things remain protected. The room service included with afternoon tea set, very impressive. The worker also diligently helped us carry our luggages. Overall my friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. If I were to come to Lijiang, I will definitely stay here again.

From the moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed and well-cared for. The hotel staff name Yang Dinghui was very talented, understanding, prompt in services, polite, humble, smiling, cheerful, friendly, co-operative and efficient. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again soon!!

Miss Zhou at hotel was very helpful and detailed. She provided assistance not only with hotel but other travel advice. We are very grateful for her help. Only thing is you need to monitor shower time as the hot water capacity is small. Overall very good experience. Would like to go back in future.

- Excellent service - Our host was very responsive in his communication in person and also on WeChat. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. We were in communication with him before we even arrived. Payment was flexible - we paid part of our fees in person. Because we were staying for at least 2 days, the hotel called someone to help bring our luggage from the entrance. When the plumbing wasn’t working in one of our rooms, our host upgraded our room without additional cost. He also helped us connect with a tour company for our trip to Da Li and helped us ship a package from the hotel. The hotel staff made us tea daily and gave us free water whenever we asked. - Courteous and friendly staff. They make a big effort to be available, accommodating, and flexible. - Clean — there is often a staff member cleaning the hotel area. The staff would clean our rooms and give us new towels every day. We also used their laundry machine for free. - Location - 5-10 minutes walk from multiple entrances and easy walk to/from the center of the town (4 square) - Friendly to foreigners - many hotels in LiJiang don’t accept foreigners, but this one did - Beautiful environment — the architecture of the hotel building and the trees. - We stayed here for 5 nights.
