This is my second time stayed here. Everything about this house is so good. Perfect location because it’s near to the main old town (but already in an old town). the staff are so kind and very helpful. They’re willing to do anything what customers want. They also have a lot of cute cats but the surrounding are still clean 😍 Next time i will stay here again 😊

Family of 6 – From Malaysia First of all, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to stay here because there weren’t many reviews yet. But I decided to take a chance, and it turned out to be the best decision ever! I’m so grateful to be staying here. The place is very close to the gate, making it easy to get a taxi or Didi. It’s within walking distance to the ancient town, and halal/Muslim food is just nearby! There are many shops around, and everything is very convenient. Plus, it’s affordable! The rooms have heaters and blanket heaters, and the hot water works great. The Wi-Fi is fast, too. But what I think is most important are the incredibly kind and helpful owner and her friend. They are extremely supportive and solved all my problems. They also reply to my messages quickly! I booked something online, and they helped me receive the package. They also assisted with my logistics, which was so helpful for me as a mother of four. It can be tiring to think about everything at once, but they made it so much easier. I’m overwhelmed by how caring and generous these two ladies are. 🥹🥹🥹 They also arranged our trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and we had a private tour just for our family. We were driven in a luxury car, which was very comfortable for us. This is my daughter’s first time in China, and she has fallen in love with the Chinese people because they are so friendly and kind. We feel very safe staying here. I highly recommend this place! Just ask the owner if you need anything—they will help you with whatever they can. I hope I can repay your kindness in some way. nice hotel with great location. However the description for 3-bedroom unit is not accurate. there's no living room that connect the rooms

Hosts (木子，小小李）are very friendly and very helpful. They even help to accompany one of our friends to the hospital who fall sick. Recommended some good restaurant and photo taking package, helped to carry luggage from taxi to the hotel. Heater (aircond) is working well , electrical blanket is also provided. Location is very good, is in the ancient city, many restaurants around the hotel, it is just about 20 meter from the ancient city entrance/taxi drop off point. Value for money.
