Excellent place for a family retreat. Located in a quiet alley yet steps away from the bustling main street, Guan Xin offers great accommodation and personal attention to our needs. The rooms are well designed and spacious. We only have good things to say after staying here for 3 nights for a family outing for 11 pax. The manager in charge - Ah Yang, is exceptionally helpful and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended.

The check-in experience was very good. It was the warmest and best hotel I have ever stayed in Yunnan. The housekeeper Yanzi was also very enthusiastic and easy to get along with. She helped us pick up our luggage on the day we checked in. Yanzi also gave us sweet soup in the evening, which was very considerate [pleasant]. There was also a rich breakfast in the morning. You don't have to worry about various itineraries. The room was clean and hygienic, and there were billiards and KTV for free. I will stay here again next time I come to Yunnan. I like it very much. I will recommend it to my friends in the future.

This is the best inn I have ever stayed in Yunnan!
First of all, the hotel facilities are really good! In winter, Yunnan must have floor heating and smart toilets, hahaha. I stayed in Dali because the room was too big and I had to rely on warm baby to keep warm after turning on the air conditioner all night. And it was really happy to have a smart toilet in winter! Guanxin's room was just very warm, the floor heating was sufficient, the slippers were warm in the morning, and the hot water for washing was also very fast. And there was even KTV, billiard table, and mahjong table! All free! In short, the facilities are very good and the experience is very good.
Then there is the service. Before checking in, the housekeeper will contact you to pick you up. The boss will really drive a tricycle to help you take your luggage, hahaha. There is Tremella soup in the evening and breakfast in the morning. It is easy to have poor resistance to altitude sickness when coming to Lijiang. The light and clean food of the inn is very suitable! The TV in our room had no signal, and someone came to connect very quickly. When we left on the last day, the boss also helped us arrange a drop-off at the airport! Beautiful and kind!
Super recommended, haha, it is the degree of coming back to stay later.

Stayed in Shuhe Ancient Town. Very nice B&B! The front desk lady was super nice! Helped with luggage! You can also ask them about itinerary arrangements. They are really nice! The ancient town is also very nice. I will go there again next time!
