Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. The room was very spacious, clean, towels changed every day. You can use the washing machine and dryer on the 3rd floor and the view from the rooftop is really nice! The hotel is well decorated and maintained, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Our main contact took us to a great shop to buy local tea, and they made our stay very comfortable. Despite not speaking Mandarin, we were able to communicate effectively over WeChat.
Note that the room does not have a mini-fridge so we you'd have to leave your food in the kitchen fridge in the basement.

Minsu near SE gate of ancient town:easy to take transportation but long walk to major attractions. Chose a spacious room, basic amenities provided. Limited items for Breakfast.

This place is definitely recommended. In love with their garden. The room is so nice, clean and comfortable. The guy who assist us , Ci Er is so helpful and patience despite the language barrier. He brought us to a wholesale tea shop and help us get better quality of teas. He suggested places to go and assist us in booking trip to JDSM. He even pack for us breakfast. All the amenities needed are provided. 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for their service and hospitality

I love the environment.. although we're cannot speak Chinese the staff and the bos was very helpful..the room was big..just need a little bit stamina walking to ancient town.the vibe was good..the room is clean.got heater and warmer which is very helpful.i think one of the big guest house in there.near the main road but a little but far to ancient town..for Muslim travellers.halal restaurant was a little bit far.. thanks to this guests house and the staff

I have to say, this Mingsu gave me a memorable stay. As soon as I made my reservation, the staff contacted me here on Trip for assistance before checkin. Later, we added each other on WeChat so I could contact them directly for further assistance. As for the interior and amenities, the room was spacious, clean and they also offer a foot tub so you can relax your feet after a day of walking.

This hotel is excellent in terms of location, service ,cleanliness and overall room size. One of the best hotels I have stayed in the trip. Best value for money. Staff are friendly, will help you with luggage from ancient town entrance to hotel. Room size is big, with ample space to move around in the room and relax.

Beautiful minsu - the gardens within the minsu are very very nicely and elaborately decorated with sitting areas around. You can also get a view of the surroundings from the rooftop garden.
My room was huge, very clean and comfortable and true to picture. Loved the small foot tub with herbal packets so I could soak my feet after walking.
Minsu is also at a quieter area of the Lijiang old town. Some walk needed to get to the more popular spots, but this means a more peaceful minsu. You can also WeChat message the minsu when you are arriving so they can fetch you and your luggage from the entrance. Would recommend.
