房間乾淨，離停車場近，走到古鎮中心衹要幾分鐘。老闆態度非常好，還送了很多水果。走的時候相機電池忘帶走，老闆還打電話説幫忙寄回家，推薦入住。#衞生乾淨#服務態度非常好#位置交通非常方便#房間設施整潔，衞生間很大

我們一路從四川開車玩到麗江，第一次來麗江，對比了幾家客棧，最後選擇了住這家客棧，終於感覺到家的感覺，放下行李，洗了個舒服的熱水澡。老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，我們不知道哪裡有好吃的，好玩的，老闆兩夫妻都熱情的給我們介紹，還幫我們定票，關鍵都比旅行社便宜好多啊，幫我們省錢了，真心的在為我們住客考慮，看得出來，客棧也是精心的在管理，是我喜歡的小橋人家流水的感覺，拍照也特別美。等明年我計劃把閨蜜一家都帶過來這裏住上一段時間。

老闆人很好，環境很喜歡，客棧很有味道，我們半夜到老闆都親自出來接我們，房間很好，很乾凈，衞生間有暖氣，洗澡出水量很大，很滿意，過年一定再來這裏住

酒店近景區口,到客棧聯繫房東,派專員過來接領行李帶我們入住,且送了二袋普洱茶小樣,至此還是滿意的,外環境也很入眼,花兒,魚兒,鞦韆體感都好,開門時專員説指紋鎖壞了,衹能用鑰匙開關門,我們也不在乎,體諒他們修理可能需要時間,衹要能用就行,但晚上從麗江回來準備洗漱時,心情一下子大變,房間沒衣架,衣服帽子都衹能留在扔在隨身行李上,水籠頭打開,下水馬上堵上了,匆匆沖了五分鐘澡，水都漫上腳背,抹乾凈腳,腳指縫癢,女兒不敢洗澡,先生想洗澡,15分鐘積水還沒退幹，玻璃門關不上，快凌晨一點了，也不找專員了，這麼多問題的房間還能稱精品房，打電話諮詢時，問能不能留間好的三人間，回説三人間就一間，但對照圖片，圖片與實際的坐便器和洗漱台是不一樣的，希望房東及時維修房間，房間能與外部環境一樣好。
