The hotel was amazing! It’s located right next to the lake with panoramic windows offering stunning views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The location is convenient — not far from Lijiang Old Town. The hotel also provides shuttle service to the airport, bus station, and high-speed train station. The staff speak English and are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

國慶期間臨時定的，到店後給了大大的驚喜，房間大且簡約清爽，有很調性，床品很舒服，特別是慢回彈的枕頭，本頸椎不好的人大愛，躺在榻榻米上就能看到日照金山，住了四晚，每天下午茶都有些許變化，公區也很舒適，早餐邊看雪山邊嗦米線！管家小哥哥小姐姐都很友善禮貌，微信溝通很及時，有問必答，特別是有個廣州小姐姐，特別好，是我每天出門的晴雨表，對民宿周邊還有景區甚至於各個咖啡店都很訊息對等！中秋節當晚還有免費的月餅水果擺台，可以自在的賞月啃餅！民宿就在清溪湖邊，清晨的散步，非常的chill，晚上也不吵，很適合沉浸式放空，一定會再來！

The best stay ever, all the staffs have been very helpful, I’m sorry I forgotten her name , she was really attentive to our requests knowing that we are Muslims & prepare take away breakfast for us since we have an early appointment. Had a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Our room has a beautiful view facing Yulong snow mountain. Facilities are well kept in good condition and bed is also very comfortable! Best part is the staff hospitality, very warm and attentive, upon checking with us on our itinerary, the staff prepared for us takeaway snacks as breakfast since we needed to set off early in the morning to visit Yulong snow mountain. They also thoughtfully prepared 2 oxygen bottles for us to bring to the mountain. Definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would love to come back again next time :)

The room was beautiful, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. It was easy to reach them whenever I needed assistance. The walkway around the accommodation was lovely — perfect for a relaxing stroll along the river.

A wonderful hotel and an even more wonderful staff. I was very happy with my choice of accommodation. From the train station to the hotel, and from the hotel to the beautiful places in the city, their service was excellent and their hospitality was wonderful, like being among family, or even better.

Superb accommodation! Fantastic view where I caught the sunrise upon Yulong Snow Mountain. The hotel breakfast was great as well, provided us with either the local rice noodles or western toast. Not to mention the awesome hotel staff! Really friendly and even gave us advices on the food recommendations nearby. 10/10 would recommend! 🤟🏻🫶🏻

Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our Yunnan trip, thanks to the incredible staff. We were warmly welcomed with afternoon snacks and genuine care. The scenery from our hotel room was spectacular! The service was truly thoughtful as well. The staff asked about our itinerary and offered excellent recommendations for local food and attractions. When they found out we were going to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge, they went the extra mile and prepared a bag of snacks for us to help prevent altitude sickness. This kind of personal attention is rare and so appreciated. It's a wonderful place to stay where you will definitely feel the warmth and hospitality. We felt completely at home and would recommend it to anyone!
